Bring the whole crew — this stylish 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps up to 9 guests and is designed for comfort, connection, and fun! Whether you’re visiting Cleveland for family time, business, or a quick getaway, this home offers the perfect balance of space, entertainment, and relaxation.
The first floor features a bright and cozy living room with a large sectional sofa, comfy chairs, and a Smart TV — perfect for movie nights. The dining room seats up to 10 and includes built-in shelves filled with books and board games for a bit of family fun.
Cook with ease in the fully remodeled kitchen, complete with generous counter space, modern appliances, and a coffee bar featuring a dual Keurig/drip coffee maker, sugar, creamer, and coffee syrups. The laundry area is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
The main-floor primary suite includes a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms — two with queen beds, and one with a queen plus twin trundle, perfect for kids or extra guests. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV and storage space. The second full bathroom upstairs features a tub/shower combo.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or spend your afternoons in the spacious backyard, perfect for grilling or lawn games. Inside, the game room offers ping pong and cornhole, ensuring endless entertainment no matter the weather.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Excessive noise may result in a fine due to past neighbor complaints.
Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use
Unauthorized guests
No mini waste:
Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
Grill Use:
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
Pets:
Max 2 dogs: with charge
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional charge
Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You may also be held responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused
NO cats allowed!
Shoes off inside:
Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
