The tenants do not have access to the Airbnb unit. 🗑️ Trash Pickup: City collection is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place bins by the curb the night before. 🧼 Pool Maintenance: Cleaning is done every Friday, takes around 20 minutes, and does not require access to the house.

Pets: Pets are allowed only if declared at the time of booking. You must also list the exact number of guests, respecting the maximum occupancy allowed for the property. A fee of $120 per pet, per stay will apply and must be paid prior to check-in. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by pets. Parties & Events: No parties or events are allowed under any circumstances. This includes social gatherings, birthday parties, and wedding celebrations. Violating this rule will result in a $2,000 fine. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $1,000 fine will be applied if smoking is detected indoors. Starter Supplies Provided: We provide basic supplies to start your stay, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Once used, guests are responsible for replenishing their own supplies. BBQ Grill Use: Propane is supplied by the host, but you must follow all safety guidelines. Always ensure the valve is completely closed after use. Parking: Garage access is subject to host approval. Up to 2 vehicles may be parked in the front driveway at no additional cost. Pool Rules: Guests use the pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No food or glass containers are allowed in or around the pool area, for safety and hygiene. Please dry off before entering the house to avoid slippery floors or damage. Please Note These rules are intended not only to protect the property but to ensure you enjoy a pleasant, stress-free stay during your vacation. Compliance with these guidelines benefits both guests and hosts equally. Even if a disagreement arises, our priority will always be to resolve it amicably and respectfully, avoiding unpleasant situations. However, if that’s not possible, please understand that we will follow the resolution processes provided by the platform to address the matter in the fairest and most ethical way

The host was the best ever! The house was amazing. ALL the amenities:pool, hammock, basketball and tennis court, golf, pool table, 70 inch tv, acess to outside from varous rooms. Clean, neat, smelled good, PERFECT!

The property was exactly as described. There are a few rough spots, but the important details were terrific. The support was great - we had a few questions, and the response was always very quick. We had a question about the pool pump, and the pool maintenance company was there within 10 minutes! The amenities were awesome - the heated pool was warm, the putting course, basketball / volleyball was fun. Some of the instructions could have been more exhaustive (trash pick-up days, the pool pump schedule) and the kitchen could use some more dishes, silverware, and pots/pans. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

We picked this property due to the amenities it offered however the pool table had one stick and it was broken. The property claimed it was white glove cleaned but there was cat/dog hair on the outside couch. Spots on the door. The master bedroom window had bugs in it. There was a major safety hazard between the house and the garage bedroom. In addition, the kitchen lacked a skillet & baking sheet which made us not able to cook as much. Bathrooms had broken dispensers and/or lack of labels between shower gel & shampoo/conditioner. Some of the beds had plastic mattress pads which adults could feel. I reached out to management the first day & didn’t receive a response. I really feel a refund of something should be applied.

That said, after carefully reviewing your case, we need to be clear: we do not agree with several of the points you mentioned. Our team responded immediately to every concern you raised and did so with full dedication. However, many of the issues you reported did not reflect the actual condition of the property, which we demonstrated through the photos and evidence we provided in our chat.
Additionally, after reviewing the full conversation, it is evident that from the beginning there was a clear intention to request a refund, adding problems that did not exist and that were already clarified with the information we shared.
We value genuine feedback, but it’s also important to state that the property was delivered in proper condition and that any claims to the contrary were addressed and disproven with documented evidence.
