2 habitaciones queen size en la planta baja con una habitación con literas para 4 personas y una segunda habitación con 2 gemelos arriba con dos baños, uno en cada piso. Gran escapada de vacaciones que puede acomodar hasta 10. Bonita terraza y alrededores al aire libre que invitan a la gente a disfrutar tanto en interiores como en exteriores. Sala al aire libre de 4 estaciones, climatizada en invierno y ventilada en verano, que invita a encuentros casuales con familiares y amigos. Ven y relájate!

Such a beautiful and amazing house. It’s not only beautiful but also incredibly well-equipped and welcoming. There’s something for everyone, making it ideal for families and mixed age groups. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended!

Our family of four had a fantastic stay. Good communication by the owner/ manager, easy access, comfortable, great views of the mountain during sunrise and the fireplace was an added bonus. We’d stay here again!

Check-in was smooth. Jeff always responded promptly and was reasonable for all requests. House was clean with good amenities. Great views. Great location for activities around Lake Sunapee. I would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous getaway! We rented this house with our 2 Dandie Dinmont Terriers while in New London for a wedding. The place was immaculate and even nicer than the pictures! Spectacular mountain views. Rustic and cozy with all the amenities you could need. Very comfortable beds We were just sorry we could not stay longer. We will be back!

The house was immaculate and well stocked. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect. Even the view was made to order. We had a great stay.

Great location!

We needed something close to Mt. Sunapee for a family wedding and this fit the bill. Location was great, house is super cute and could accommodate all of our pre and post wedding activities.

The perfect spot

We came to the Newbury area this past weekend for an early Christmas celebration with relatives who moved there recently and downsized so have no room for guests. I was lucky enough to find this home on Vrbo, only 15 minutes away. We arrived on Friday in wind and snow gusts and temps below 10 degrees. The second we were inside we were "at home." From the warm wooded walls, beams and railings to the charming and eclectic furnishings and decor pieces and the cozy beds, the home just felt welcoming. It is truly a place where you can just relax. It was very peaceful....and the views! The home had everything we needed for some major pie baking and any other cooking/eating we had to do. We so enjoyed the fireplace/woodstove which created a wonderful ambience in the great room lined with the beer stein collection.The younger folks discovered the Wii and were revisiting their youth! We all fit on the large sectional to watch some Holiday Movies. There are a lot of things we would like to do, places to explore in the nice weather and all of us agreed 100% we would love to stay there again. Our group was three generations ranging from 26 to 89...and our dog Layla. We are all truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for letting us use your wonderful home!

The home perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and a GREAT view of the back of Mount Sunapee. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a great time! Thank you!

Fall visit for wedding

Lovely classic home; feels nostalgic old, but isn't actually old. Plenty of space indoors and out for 6+ people. Kids loved the bunk beds. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood and only 15 minutes from Lake Sunapee, harbor, Mount Sunapee.

Great weekend!

I was up there for the Mt. Kearsage Pow Wow. House was perfect distance from the museum and very quiet! House was perfectly able to accommodate myself, wife and our friends, including a baby and dog. Very happy with our stay!

Relaxing Getaway

Stayed here with some friends in town for our wedding and it was a really relaxing home base for our long weekend away. Lots of fun playing games and enjoying the view. Quaint, cozy and exactly as described. Owner was very flexible and accommodated a late check out when I wasn't feeling well. Not too far to area attractions like Lake Sunapee and the Fells.

Dog friendly, great view

Jeff was helpful and the property was great. Good AC which helped a ton in the 90° heat last week! Wonderful views, saw a hummingbird my first day there. Black flies were only an issue in the front of the house, they tended to stay away from the deck which is great.

Awesome Mountain View!

This comfortable, well-equipped home has an amazing view of Mt. Sunapee and the ridgeline south, offering guests incredible sunsets. Following our daytime adventures, we happily spent our evenings watching clouds and sunsets, with dramatic changes in lighting on the not-distant peaks.

Cozy Mountain Retreat

My family came from different parts of the US in order to attend my wife’s sister’s graduation in Manchester. This home was a perfect fit for us to enjoy our time in NH. The house is cozy and provides a comfortable stay for a larger group. We would definitely recommend staying here as it’s in a great spot to enjoy many outdoor activities. Many amenities are included allowing you to cook, stay and relax worry free!

Comfortable home with nice view

My family and I stayed here to attend a nearby event on Lake Sunapee. A very comfortable, cozy, and clean home conveniently located next to the lake and mountains. Lots of sitting room and comfortably sleeps 10! We especially enjoyed the view off the back deck.

Great choice for a family!

This is a spacious home, and was a great choice for our adult children and their spouses to be with us over the Thanksgiving holiday. This home is pet-friendly, very clean, and Jeff was very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we have a family gathering!

The view out the back of the house of Mt. Sunapee's backside and Bear Hill are amazing when the sunsets over the mountain! Watching the snowstorms come in in the winter and the rain in the summer are truly unique and took sold us on the location immediately!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

10 minutes to Mt. Sunapee for winter skiing and snowboarding, summer events and the new zip line and mountain bike adventure park are obvious. Not so obvious are the multiple lakes and streams within 5 to 30 minutes for all sorts of summer water sports activities make this a unique kick off site for all the region has to offer.
