Cozy 2-bed, 2-bath Englewood condo, 5 minutes from Manasota Key’s beaches. Features a fully equipped kitchen and access to a heated community pool. Enjoy nearby dining at Sand Bar Tiki & Grille, Lock ‘N Key Restaurant, Magnolias on the Bay, The Waverly, or White Elephant Pub.

The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.

The condo is located within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, clothing stores and convenience stores. Sidewalks in place. Short drive to the Manasota Key Beaches, Marinas, Golf Courses and Shopping. Englewood is a quaint community that is known for Mom and Pop shops as opposed to franchise and big box stores.

Our guests are welcome to use the entire space. Please make yourself at home.

On site parking with one dedicated space and additional spaces for guests close. No fee for parking. Vehicle is needed, although you can walk to Publix or several dining establishments. Uber or Lyft are great for a night out.

Home is clean and sanitized between each guest. We will do our best to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for a relaxing vacation.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list is provided for you in the home.
