Late Summer getaway

Fantastic, Cozy, Spacious in a quiet neighborhood but within driving distance to many attractions. Many amenities on sight, Finished basement/playroom was a fan favorite with the kids. Open concept kitchen was great for our family. Owners very responsive within minutes to any needs. Would not hesitate to book again. A+

The Nicest Home Away From Home

We stayed at the house to celebrate a milestone birthday, and it could not have been more perfect. Plenty of spaces to relax and hang out comfortably, including a screened in porch that I particularly loved. Coffee on the open deck out back was the best way to start the day. We were easily able to cook multiple meals in the kitchen, which had everything we needed supply wise. Communicating with the owners was very easy, and their instructions were crystal clear for how everything worked, what their expectations were, and more. I would absolutely plan to stay here again.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family reunion of 5 siblings (all in our 60's), plus 2 cousins (27 & 35). Everyone had their own space. And it had everything you could possibly need, in terms of the kitchen, as well as the overall amenities. The location and neighborhood was great. It had the added bonus of a lovely wooded hiking trail, accessed via a side street, that led to the beautiful vista of a salt marsh. The check-in process was a bit confusing, as I had received 4 different emails from VRBO, a week before our arrival date, with four different codes to use. None of which worked when we got there. Luckily, when I reached out to the owners, they quickly responded with the correct code. This was clearly a glitch on VRBO's part. And overall, the owners were great to work with! There wasn't the usual info sheet with check-out details, but when I reached out with questions, they responded right away. It was a wonderful week with family, in a very comfortable setting! Thank you again!

Perfect location and lovely home

We have stayed in several houses on the Cape before, but we have finally found “the one”. This house was perfect - plenty of space, comfortable back yard and all the furnishings we could have needed. Everything was clean and well cared for and the owners were always responsive. The location was perfect - 10-20 min from everywhere we wanted to go. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great house and location! Perfect for families

We wanted this property for the proximity to Dennis for a wedding weekend. It far exceeded our expectations. The house is very large, convenient to many fun attractions and very clean. Bonus playroom and toys for the kids and I didn’t need to bring a Pack and play or high chair. We are already discussing when to come back!! Be sure to check out the lighthouse keeper’s pantry for coffee and breakfast treats and head over to breakfast/ playground at Yarmouth port!

Excellent Getaway!

3 generations of women stayed at this lovely cottage on the Cape.. It was roomy and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for our morning coffee. It was a great home base for trips to Provincetown and Chatham. We loved exploring Yarmouth Port. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks to Kevin and Julie for sharing their lovely cottage.

Great Rental!

My family with young children stayed with another family with kids. The location was great! Very quiet neighborhood, about 10 mins from Mayflower beach, and a short drive to the beautiful boardwalk at Greys Beach. The house is very spacious, great deck and screened in porch, and has a fantastic basement for the kids! Would definitely rent again!

Better than home

This is the fourth time we’ve rented a place on the Cape and by far this is the best property we’ve stayed in! The house itself was immaculate, and had everything you could need for an amazing family week away. I immediately felt like I was home upon walking in. The kitchen was HUGE and had everything you needed to cook! The mattress in the master bedroom was so incredibly comfortable, and my kids enjoyed playing in the playroom downstairs. It was also in the perfect spot; in a quiet neighborhood, but just around the corner from the main road. This is also the fourth town in the Cape we’ve stayed in, and we though the location was perfect for exploring and going to the bay beaches in Dennis. The next time we go to the Cape we will be booking again!

The house was much better than pictured from VRBO photos and it looked GREAT on the photos

Everything was wonderful. We would recommend this house to anyone. It had so much we couldn’t use it all. Room sizes great, Screened in room fantastic. I would add a pic of the beach chairs and umbrella to photos to show all that was there. We had a great time.

Much needed vacation!

House was perfect for the 6 of us that came up to do some fishing. Plenty of room for all of us! Wonderful deck and fire pit! The house was comfortable and had an. extremely well stocked kitchen. Looking forward to coming back!

Great Location!

We are cyclists and were looking for a house close to the trails. This house did not disappoint. Bonus was the walking path to the beach and boardwalk (about a 20 minute stroll) that was just around the corner. Kitchen had everything we needed and the weather was great for the time of year so we even got to enjoy the spacious back deck.

Cape Cod Gem

The convenience and ease of our rental could not be understated. Check in details arrived early and made our late evening arrival a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised with the modern, comfortable, and immaculately clean house. Decor was tasteful and beautiful. Throughout our stay, we had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well organized and stocked. Belgian waffle maker, griddle, lobster pot, pizza stone, and many more convenient gadgets could be easily found in the kitchen cabinets. The laundry room, hall closets, and linen closets were stocked with plenty of extra clean towels and bed linens, candles, batteries, detergents, games, books, etc. We truly felt like welcome guests in someone's well-organized home. Owners Kevin and Julie were easy to reach and answered any questions we had quickly. The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient to the main road and walking path on 6A. We noted how friendly the neighbors were during our short walks through the neighborhood, where everything was blooming during this week in April. The weather was a little too cool to enjoy the cute sunroom much, but it would have been nice to sit out there with a warm cup of coffee and bundle up. We just could never figure out how to get the lights to turn on out there. The switch for the fan/lighting was a bit complicated and no instructions could be found for that. I'd recommend a guide on the wall near the switch with instructions, just like the one they have on the doors leading to the sunroom, which took a bit of know-how to engage and disengage the locks. Other than that, our visit went without a hitch. We needed a smooth, convenient, relaxing stay and that's exactly what we got. Our family wants to come back again and rent in the summer because they enjoyed this little hidden gem so much. Thanks for a great stay!

Even better than the pictures!

House is in a cute, quiet neighborhood, very central. It was spotlessly clean, and both spacious and cosy. The kids LOVED the basement and all the wonderful toys available, as well as the ping pong table. Great office space as well with impeccable wifi so we were even able to get some work done.

Wonderful house!

We had a lovely 4 night break at this gem. The house was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and the nearby trail to the beach was perfect. Our communications with Julie were prompt and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Awesome Getaway

We stayed at this property for New Year’s weekend. The spacious gourmet kitchen was great and we enjoyed hanging out around the kitchen island while cooking. Everything you would need to cook and serve were at our fingertips. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for everyone. The area were the house was located was quiet and the outside well maintained. The Cape Cod Mall, shops and restaurants were very close. Kevin and Julie were wonderful hosts and we will be definitely booking this house again.

A perfect winter getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our 4 days away at this beautiful home. We started each day with our coffee sitting around the island in the kitchen enjoying the fireplace just a few feet away. The location of the house was perfect as far as taking day trips to Truro, Chatham and many of the great beaches on the Cape. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking items we needed and we all got a great night sleep on the very comfortable beds. We would love to come back again on a future visit to the Cape.

Beautiful Home and Great Location!

My husband and I had some well deserved R&R, and this was the perfect home and location for it! The proximity to Provincetown and Falmouth allowed for some day trips with enough time left for relaxing in the evenings. The space was great, much more than we needed. I can see returning with friends and family when the weather warms up, or just a getaway for ourselves again. The property was clean, well equipped for all of your needs, and kudos to the decorator! There was grocery, retail, and restaurants within a few minutes. But the neighborhood itself was quiet and serene. Thank you for your hospitality!! The Browns

Beautiful Spacious Home

The house is beautiful, very clean and spacious. The screened in patio area was a big hit! It's close to a mall, beach and a golf course. Great house for families with or without children. The firepit was also a big hit. Everyone enjoyed their stay! Julie and Kevin responded to any questions we had very quickly.

Vacation home perfection

Such an amazing cape property. We had a handful of little people and couples, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen, baths, bedrooms, garage and basement are stocked beyond what you would ever expect from a rental. Supremely clean and organized, we didn’t want to leave. The beaches nearby are beautiful and great for folks of all ages. Even with a rainy day, there is plenty to do and we enjoyed the enclosed porch with puzzles at night. We will certainly return year over year! Many thanks to Julie and Kevin, the best hosts I have encountered in over 15 years of cape renting!

New.. Classic Cape

Great updated Cape Cod house. Large basement w/ full bath, 50in HDTV.. foosball table.. queen bed.. large main floor with updated kitchen and great dining room.. HDTV and full bath.. upstairs full bath, and 2 bedrooms. Screened in porch and large deck with an OD shower for post beach wash-offs! Large, comfy, updated house! And a bike ride to Grays Beach makes this home.... a home run!
