The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with a half bath just off the hall. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is surrounded by wrap-around windows showcasing breathtaking lake views, and a cozy fireplace adds warmth for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Suite #2 is a favorite with returning guests—reserve early to secure your stay! Complimentary wireless internet is included.

Step outside to your large private deck, where loungers invite you to soak up the sun, and a shaded umbrella table is perfect for dining or watching the boats glide by. The lake is just steps away for a refreshing swim, or launch your kayak directly from the dock.

* Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Wonderful suite next to the lake

We had a wonderful stay in suite 2. It had 2 bedrooms, living room and a fully stocked kitchen. The interiors were done very well. The views from the rooms are amazing overlooking lake Tahoe. The manager was very responsive to texts and helped us out whenever we had any queries. I will definitely recommend and stay here again

Dated but clean and well equipped

ON the Lake!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was literally ON the lake (over the water). Couldn't ask for better views (both bedrooms had westward lake views of Tahoe Vista beaches around to the point (Flick Point) at the south end of Carnelian Bay.The property is older, with the age showing most on the deck boards outside (can't go barefoot per signs, probably due to some screws slightly above the board surface here and there, but still well maintained and painted).The front of the unit (LR and kitchen) had that view and south all the way to South Shore!The only drawback is every AM (near 8) the boat rental company (rents the adjacent unit, the southern most structure - Captain Jon's used to be a bar/restaurant, and the dock that runs parallel to the shore / E/W) brings in their rental watercraft, preps them and sends out the daily rental clients. They are fairly quiet, and it DOES provide some live entertainment (tourists mostly) - goes well with morning coffee sitting right next to them on the large patio.The patio has a nice clear wind screen with large 6 chair oblong table with umbrella and chairs (larger than the 4 person round table pictured on the website), as well as 2 adjustable lounges (great for sunbathing).The master bath even has a jetted tub and an in-ceiling heat lamp!King in the master had a great firm mattress!Kitchen had microwave, electric stove and range, coffee maker (decent coffee packets included), with utensils and most all cooking tools, plates and glasses you might need.Sherry was even kind enough to provide us some champagne flutes we requested for toasting our marriage with a few friends!Overall a GREAT time and no complaints or noticeable issues.HIGHLY recommended for the views alone - pretty hard to beat!

Very nice

We loved our 4 days. Pleasantly surprised with location and property manager Sherry who solved minor issues immediately.Unit needs a little work, but very livable and view is outstanding. Literally living on the water.We have booked unit for August . . .we loved it.

Loved the location of this property. We arrived a little early and was able to get in right away. It is beautifully maintained and very comfortable, even though the bathrooms are dated. We even decided to rent a pontoon boat for the afternoon since the company docks rught at the property. Win win!

You’re right next to the water and you have a nice wind block with all the clear panel fencing. It’s also a private deck so you’re not sharing. You’re right next to the boat rental place so it was good people watching. Food is close 3-6 minute drives or you can Uber. Safeway is right down the street 3 minutes away. Property management contact Krisiti was amazing !

Tahoe stay

Great property! Really easy check in process and you can’t beat the lake views. With a boat rental company attached to the townhouse building, it’s also very easy to rent a boat or go out for a piloted sunset cruise.

We absolutely loved staying at this beach side/ private dock condo. Fabulous location, and crystal clear water. Sherri, the property manager was awesome. The microwave and washer/ dryer were dated but functional. The location and property cleanliness were top notch.

Location , Location!

Somewhat dated condo with an AMAZING view and location!

When looking for a place to stay up in Tahoe for the week of July 4th, we were adamant to find a place that was walking distance to the lake. Well, this place isn't just walking distance, but it's literally over the water! The location couldn't be beat, and you essentially have a semi-private beach. The massive deck is also private to this condo unit, which led to dining al fresco for many of our meals that week. The unit itself is cozy, but the bathrooms and the kitchen could definitely use some sprucing up. They look like they haven't been updated since the mid-1980's, but other than that, this condo is a fantastic place to stay. As an added bonus, the North Lake Tahoe Boat Rental company is located in this building as well, which made it super convenient to book a sunset sail while we were there!

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic stay! Sheri was fantastic and made us feel at “home” immediately! It was clean, beautiful and ultra private, with views that were breathtaking! We didn’t want to leave. We most certainly will be staying at this piece of paradise again in the future!
