Guest access
You’ll have the whole one-level home to yourself, the entire yard, and the gated dog potty area. The basement is not accessible by guests.

Other things to note
- The home is in a wooded area. You will likely see animals (birds, squirrels, friendly neighborhood cat, etc) and the occasional spider. At certain times of the year, bears can and will occasionally visit our street looking for food. Do not leave any food in your car, on the porch, or outside the house unless in the bear-proof trash bin. Make sure car doors are locked at all times. NEVER APPROACH OR FEED THE BEARS.

ARRIVAL AND PARKING
• The cottage is located in a small neighborhood on a narrow, single lane, gravel road. There are no steep inclines leading to the house, so 4-wheel drive is not needed.
• The parking area will fit a maximum of 3 vehicles. Please respect our neighbors by only parking in our designated parking area.
• There is an exterior camera in the parking area for your safety and protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
• There is one flight of stairs leading down from the parking area to the house.
