Frequently Asked Questions
Foodie Paradise - The village offers all of Whistler’s best restaurants, within 1-5 minutes walking from our place, and a large grocery store across the street. If you want all the best eats - stay here!
Parking clearance is 6’8”. Our assigned parking is a great size for a vehicle up to a small SUV, and is checked in and out at the same time as the condo. You may be able to park up to 3 vehicles total by using our assigned stall & up to 2 on site visitor stalls (subject to availability) - there are a number of them, and you will need to follow our directions to be able to use them.
We have a shared bike storage room that you can lock up in, it is fob access for resident only access.
Store your skis, jackets etc. in our ground floor entrance. There is a free shuttle that drives past the building every 2-4 mins during ski season if you'd like to take advantage.
Early arrivals - guaranteed check-in is 4pm, feel free to let me know what time you will arrive to town, and if we finish early that day - I will send you a message letting you know, so you can check-in.
We are not able to store your bags before check-in or after check-out - however the UPS Store across the street will store them (Mon-Sat) for $5-10/bag depending on size. Or alternatively - there are lockers at the base of the mountains you can book - ask me for a link!

Master bedroom has a ceiling fan, Second bedroom has portable A/C installed for the summer, and portable fans available for the third bedroom and/or living room. We find our suite doesn't get very toasty though :)

Living room - 65" ULED, with smart apps, Shaw Cable, and XBOX. Master Bedroom - 55" with smart apps, Shaw Cable. Second Bedroom - 55" with smart apps, XBOX. Third Bedroom - 60" with smart apps.
What’s included? Our beds are outfitted with all linens. Bathroom amenities include towels, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, lotion. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to cook and serve a meal + extras like oil, spices, coffee, tea, dish soap, kitchen towels, and tablets for the dishwasher.
Other things to note
This is a 3 level townhome, so that there are 2 flights of stairs within the home. Please keep in mind if you have anyone in your group with mobility issues.
Quiet hours for Whistler Village are 10pm-8am (strict), no parties at any time (strict), and hot tub hours are 8am-10pm (strict). The building may apply steep fines if you are not respectful of those boundaries and your neighbours, which you would be responsible to pay for.
Lagoons is a smoke free complex - this includes the units, decks, and grounds. The building may apply fines if you are not respectful.
The person booking is to be at least 21 years old, exceptions may be granted for responsible young adults with prior experiences on Airbnb.
🗑 - Checkout requests - we try to keep it as simple as possible! We ask guests only to load & start the dishwasher, and remove any garbage down to the sorting room at the parking level.
