Our cozy basement studio is the perfect retreat for solo travelers working away from home. Conveniently located just a few blocks from Sloan’s Lake and the light rail station, you're within easy reach of downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, LoHi, and the vibrant RiNo art district. The studio is below an apartment in our modern townhome. You'll have your own private access and a kitchenette equipped w/ a hot plate and a microwave!
We are available for questions during your stay. The best way to reach us is by messaging us. Check-in instructions are sent 24 hours before your arrival.
This unit is located below our main-level townhome. While we share a common stairwell, you will have a private entrance to your space. Please note that there is no full kitchen; however, the unit is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate to cover your basic cooking needs.
Our bright basement apartment is thoughtfully designed for remote workers and extended stays. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and all the necessary cooking utensils and supplies. The living space offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed, a cozy sofa, a dining table, and a spacious full bathroom. For added convenience, you'll have your own personal washer/dryer combo, ensuring that everything you need is right at your fingertips.
Our unit is located in the basement space of our townhome. One flight of stairs is required to access the unit. The stairwell is common space to access both units but each unit is completely private and separate from each other. You will not have access to temperature controls during your stay. The temperature is kept at comfortable levels. We have a fan and space heater, if needed.
No Parties/Events Allowed.
Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Thank you for keeping all noise inside after this time.
Pets are welcome! There’s a $100 non-refundable fee per month, and we allow one pet (weight limits may apply). Since there isn’t private outdoor space, you’ll need to walk your dog. If you’re planning a longer stay, traveling with more than one pet, please contact us.
Child proofing: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
