Welcome to our charming home, designed for comfort, relaxation, and family fun. The open plan layout on the ground floor creates a bright and inviting space, perfect for gathering, dining, or simply unwinding together.
Step outside into a child friendly garden where little ones can jump on the trampoline while the adults relax, fire up the BBQ or enjoy a peaceful evening under the stars.
Located in a lovely neighborhood, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience.
Living Area
A spacious open plan living room and dining area on the ground floor, perfect for family gatherings, meals, or simply relaxing together. Large windows fill the space with light and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners.
Bedrooms
The house offers 5 rooms in total, with comfortable beds to accommodate families or groups.
Bedroom 1: Double bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Small Double bed (120 cm)
One room is set up with a desk and chair if you need workspace.
Bathrooms
2 modern and clean bathrooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Outdoor Space
A cozy, child friendly garden with a trampoline, BBQ grill, and plenty of space for outdoor dining or relaxing.
Guests have access to the entire house. This includes:
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Living and dining areas
• Large bathrooms with shower and bathtub
• Free parking outside the house
• High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV
You’ll have the home entirely to yourself. There are no shared spaces, and no interruptions.
I am available if you need me. I am happy to assist with anything from check-in support to tips on the best local restaurants, hikes, or activities.
I am just a message or phone call away throughout your stay, and happy to help if anything comes up.

• Parking is easy, directly outside the house.
• We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Quiet hours apply after 2200hrs to respect neighbours and preserve the peaceful environment.
• This is a non-smoking home, and parties are not permitted. No smoking inside, nor outside.
• Check-in and check-out are via a key lock box. You’ll receive detailed instructions 24 hours before your arrival.
• This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. It does not have a camera and does not record sound
