Bella Riva se encuentra en la parte tranquila de la isla de Okaloosa. El edificio de estilo mediterráneo se complementa con el paisajismo muy bien cuidados. Comunidad cerrada, con estacionamiento cubierto asignado, una Sala de ejercicios completa, Jacuzzi Bañera de hidromasaje y climatizada (de temporada) Piscina. Todas las puertas y las puertas a todas las áreas requieren un código para total privacidad y seguridad ..... Haciendo esto una vacaciones inolvidables Home.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King Size y tranquila vista del Golfo como usted se despierta cada mañana. El baño principal cuenta con un gran jardín de hidromasaje y cabina de ducha con 3 cabezales de ducha.

Las dos habitaciones ofrecen camas Queen Size y baño privado, uno de los cuales se abre también al pasillo para otros huéspedes.

La sala de prensa tiene un tamaño queen sofá cama.

También hay una sala de lavandería equipada con lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia.

Baldosas de travertino en todas las zonas de vida, techos de 9 1/2 pies, electrodomésticos Viking de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito en cocina y baños, artefactos de iluminación a medida, televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones y conexión inalámbrica a Internet.

Great beachfront condo

Condo is well furnished, clean, and has a great view. Pool was not open due to remodeling but the host communicated that with us in advance. With the exterior remodeling there were fewer people staying at this property resulting in fewer people on the beach, which was nice. We have stayed here before and even when booked to capacity, there is plenty of room on the beach.

Great condo!

We had a lovely time in this condo on Okaloosa Island. It has three great bedrooms and bathrooms and a media room with a pull out couch. We loved the dedicated clost in the garage for the beach toys. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had the best time.

We had a really great time. The condo was spacious and comfortable. There is an extra sitting room that was perfect for the kids.

Beautiful Condo Perfect size

This is a beautiful condo with an excellent view of the emerald waters. Pool and Hot tub were great. We had an initial issue with the ice maker but Amy, the owner, took care of it the next day. Just the right amount of people on this part of the beach.

Perfect!

We spent a week here with 5 kids ages 11 to 22. It was our best beach vacation to date. Condo was beautiful and so was the beach. The large patio was our favorite spot. The kids were totally entertained with the beach and Destin was only 5 minutes away. Would absolutely stay here again- owners were so accommodating and easy to work with. The complex is gorgeous and very well-maintained. Sad it is over!

Best condo EVER!

We arrived with my parents and 2 children on Saturday and were FLOORED at how perfect this condo was. The only thing we'd add would be a gas grill outdoors but then we'd have to cook :). If you are looking for a great condo on a very quiet, kid friendly beach, this is your place! Amy was the BEST and we can't wait to go back!!!!

Perfect roomy condo!

My family had a nice stay at Bella Riva last week. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room and then some for 6 of us. We loved the large family room and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed for staying in and cooking. We did a lot of eating in due to corona. Also, the best part to me was the oversized balcony with comfortable furniture, we spend a lot of time on the balcony when we go to Okaloosa Island, and there was plenty of furniture for all of us. We had no problems with anything and would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular condo!

Beautiful home away from home. I just wish I had a master bath that could even be compared! I could live on the balcony looking out at the sugar sand and gulf waters. Our extended family traveled from KY, WI and SC and we now plan to make this an annual vacation. We loved everything about Bella Riva, the condo and the surrounding area. Crab Island was awesome! You have to rent a boat and experience it! Definitely want to do that again:) Amy, the owner, was a dream to work with also! Ready to go back!!

Second stay just as great as the first

We've been vacationing on Okaloosa island for 30+ years. The Bella Riva is our favorite place we've stayed. We rebooked the same condo in 2022 knowing we'd be returning with our 6 month old son. This year we traveled with 5 adults and a baby. The condo is large enough that everyone has there own space. My crying baby didn't wake up any of my family members. The master bathroom is spectacular, and that shower is a great way to end the day after being on the beach. The kitchen is perfect for cooking large family meals. The ice machine is a game changer. The pool is the perfect compliment to a day on the beach. It was a great vacation and we can't wait to be back in 2025. My only complaint would be that both queen beds need to be replaced. They are not very comfortable (could hear and feel the springs) and the bed was so loud when moving around it did wake the baby sleeping in the same room a few times.

beds are unacceptable

Loved every part except beds. Really should have 1/3 refund due to bed situation. Looked at reviews after I was there. My bad. Your bad since you knew how bad the beds where. Pregnant daughter cried every night. She tried all the beds and couch. If we hadn't met out of state family there we would have left after first night and requested a full refund! Master bed one side had a sunken hole where my whole body fit into. Other side 1/2 hole. Other beds felt like cardboard. Half of living room couch was sunken in like a very heavy person used it for many days. This property is really nice so y'all having this kind of bed(worse than Motel 6) is atrocious. Would stay at Bella Riva again but not your unit.

Beach Week

The first thing multiple family members said was that the pictures did not do justice for the condo. All of our expectations were exceeded and then some. We were amazed about how spacious the condo was and the the kitchen we all wished we could pack up and take home with us. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Family Spring Break

Third spring break at Okaloosa Island, first time staying at this place. Every year we are blessed with great weather and great places to stay. This year might have been the best. Loved the property. Love the fact it is closer to the West end of the Island and a little less busy on the beach. Enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the waves and feed from the balcony. Loved that there is enough room for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Really loved the tub and shower in the master bedroom. One recommendation, add access to a broom in the apartment. An Excellent Place

The place is beautiful. Luxurious and spacious with plenty of comfortable furniture for 6 of us to have our own space when we wanted quiet time. The lanai is large and has several seating arrangements to enjoy the amazing view. The large round table was perfect for family games. The kitchen is great and we loved having an ice maker. It may be the nicest that we have enjoyed as a family. The Owner is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this condo.

Love this property. The property was large enough for our family of 8. Love the fact that every room had its own private bathroom and it was so roomy. We felt like we were at home. The owner of the property answered promptly when I had a question and was so friendly. Can't wait to go back next year.

How to vacation during a hurricane and Covid!

Hurricane IDA is coming and Florida is a Covid hotspot – so where we did we go – HERE! This place was so wonderful. It is located on the far side of the beach which was perfect place as it was less crowded. The view is nothing short of a fantastic. We don’t like higher floors so the 4th was perfect. We learned though that the building was only five floors. The larger patio was wonderful perk. There is free chair service everyday on the beach! While we did not use this perk we could appreciate those that did. Watching them set up every morning was a little like watching an art installation. The condo is very well appointed and while there were only two us, there is enough room for a larger group. The stove in the kitchen – well, we wanted to take it home. The location was very good as well. Getting to Destin proper or further into Ft. Walton was no more than a 30 minute drive in either direction. Yes, there was two days of hurricane weather where we got cozy on the sofa and read and watched a ton of tennis but then came the sun and the lovely pool called out names every morning after that. There is no doubt we will be back.
