Summer Place Condo is located just a short stroll from the Okaloosa Island Pier and only 15-minute drive from the famous Harbor Walk Village in Destin, you’ll have easy access to the best local dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Inside the condo, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and all the essentials you need for a stress-free stay. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The private balcony is ideal for savoring your morning coffee and come evening, unwinding as you take in the beautiful sunset over the water.

Perfect condo for our family of 5. We love Summer Place and have stayed many times. This was our first time in this particular room but would definitely recommend to others. Host was very responsive, condo was clean, with all the necessities. Of course the view is the best, walking distance to the Boardwalk and many restaurants. Okaloosa Island is our favorite, smaller crowds with all the amenities of the larger areas.

Host was readily available. Kitchen was fully stocked! There were 2 types of coffeemakers. We enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony and loved that the host had 6 chairs on the balcony.

Even though Bertha made her presence known during our stay, I would highly recommend this unit to all travelers. The unit was clean and well stocked with all amenities. It was probably one of the most well stocked condos we have ever stayed at. We have been traveling for 40 years. The host was quick to respond to concerns and questions we had.

Absolutely amazing condo! Everything perfect from A-Z. 3 couples on this stay plenty of room! We enjoyed tons of excellent food and private deep sea fishing experience! Lots of beach time of course! 5 star host and condo! We will be back definitely! Thank you for an amazing vacation spot and tons of memories!

This is a great property in a smaller complex so the beach is not very crowded! The property was great for three couples because of the three bathrooms. The condo is in great condition with everything you need. The owners were very fast in responding to any questions we had. We had a great family vacation on an absolutely beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

This unit is as perfect as pictured! The unit is clean, well-maintained, and plenty of room. Traci was very helpful and provided an easy, stress-free experience from booking to checkout. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this property. The owners were very responsive to questions beforehand. All needed information for access to the unit, gym, and beach was provided ahead of the check-in time and worked with no problem. The condo was very clean and had everything needed to be comfortable and prepare meals. It is not a highrise building so neither the pool nor beach was crowded. The kids loved the carts on the beach that passed by selling ice cream or popsicles. Parking was available on the gated portion of the lot when other spots were full. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. We were also able to sit out there and enjoy the Wednesday night fireworks on the pier. We definitely made some family memories and are already talking about stay here again!

Condo was exactly like the photos, very clean, right on the beach and loved the beach service that was included. Pool was kept clean daily and there was easy beach access. Traci was quick to respond to any questions we had and we loved the book with tips and info on restaurants near by that she provided.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay. Location was great. Communication from owner was the best we’ve ever had for family vacation. Condo was clean and as described online. We even looked at booking again next year. Would highly recommend to families with small children like ourselves.

My husband and I first visited Okaloosa Island in the fall of 2020 with friends and we immediately fell in love with the Summer Place Condo's! We were amazed by the beautiful white sandy beaches, clear blue waters and stunning sunsets. We live in Wyoming but look forward to spending as much time as possible in Florida (especially during the cold Wyoming winters!) We hope you enjoy your stay at our Condo, and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Summer Place is a smaller building with only 54 units so the beach behind the condo is never crowded. The condo unit is very spacious and clean with plenty of room for friends and family. The pool area is family friendly, and the beach is very inviting.

Walking distance to the pier area, local restaurants, shopping and the Gulfarium.
