Summer Place Condo is located just a short stroll from the Okaloosa Island Pier and only 15-minute drive from the famous Harbor Walk Village in Destin, you’ll have easy access to the best local dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Inside the condo, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and all the essentials you need for a stress-free stay. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The private balcony is ideal for savoring your morning coffee and come evening, unwinding as you take in the beautiful sunset over the water.

It was absolutely fantastic. The condo was so beautiful. It had all the comfort of home. I would never hesitate to stay there again. This is our 4 time vacationing at this complex first time in this condo.

Beautiful condo

This condo has some nice upgrades and a great layout! The only critique, is the master shower has a strange slope to get in and out of it. The slope was sometimes slippery but also water runs right out of the shower and we had towels down constantly to soak it up.

Condo was exactly like the photos, very clean, right on the beach and loved the beach service that was included. Pool was kept clean daily and there was easy beach access. Traci was quick to respond to any questions we had and we loved the book with tips and info on restaurants near by that she provided.

The condo was beautiful and well equipped to handle our 8 guest stay for family vacation. The decor was clean and beachy with an upscale flair. Condo is very close to a lot of restaurants and things to do outside of just chillin on the beach. We arrived to find the previous renters had reported a leaky garbage disposal, which the owners already had scheduled to have replaced before we even checked in. We found mold on the mattress of the pullout couch, which we assume is probably from catching the edge of the mop when getting the floors cleaned. Reported it and owners had a new mattress delivered the very next day. We don’t think ill of having the mold on the mattress bc who knows when the last time it was used or how it had gotten there (I mean it could be from anything if previous renter had spilled something and thought they had gotten it cleaned up and missed this area). Regardless, the owners were VERY ATTENTIVE and RESPONSIVE to all of our needs. Very professional while being personable as well. 100% A on the condo itself500% A on the ownersHighly recommend this condo for your family vacation.

AMAZING CONDO & HOST

If you're looking at this condo, book it now! Gorgeous condo in the perfect location with an excellent host. We have been traveling to the Destin/Fort Walton area for 30 years and this is by far our favorite place we've ever stayed. Excellent communication with the host and the location is phenomenal. Only a 13 minute walk to the pier, restaurants, shopping, etc - on the beach no less! Our beach was not at all crowded while everyone around us fought for a spot. We can't wait to book again next year!

Great property with excellent beach and everything we needed!

We came for a family vacation and a danceCompetition at the convention center. The location was ideal with great beach access. The condo was well stocked- our chef son prepared an amazing stuffed snapper with the fish they caught and we alsoPrepared an Italian buffet meal to share with our neighbors. There were plenty of cooking supplies to accommodate that. Cleanliness is a must for me and that was very good as well (pool was especially clean). We will return!

Nice condo

Our stay in this condo accommodated our family nicely. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The only thing that was not appealing is the location. There was alot of construction going on and larger condos close by that crowded the beach more. Would have like it to be quieter with less construction noise and less crowded.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom condo, which had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The space was well-appointed, clean, and equipped with all the essentials. Traci, the host, was wonderful—she answered all of my questions promptly and made sure everything went smoothly. Summer Place is a wonderful place to stay. Within walking distance of many places to stay, two pools and easy access to the beach. This unit accommodated our family perfectly! Beds were good. Bathrooms great. Unit was clean and check in was easy! Would highly recommend this unit!

Awesome place

This listing was just as described. The space was perfect for our family of 7. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. My favorite time of day was sitting on the balcony early in the morning. The chairs were awesome !! Will definitely stay here again!!

Summer Vacation 2023

We had an amazing stay at this property. This was our first time staying on Okaloosa Island and we loved all of the different options that were available to us. The property was as expected in any beach community/town with weathering to the exterior but overall great. We were not a fan of the parking. It was free range to anyone and didn’t have any security to it, which we are not used to. The pool and beach service was excellent and we loved having free chairs with our room. The condo was very spacious and provided my family with more than enough room and excellent views of the beach! The condo was also well equipped with all of the kitchen items that we needed to have some meals at the condo for our small kids. My only major complaint would be the cleanliness, which I feel like is always an issue with any where that turns a room over in just a few hours. I’m not a fan of dirty floors or having to clean for a few hours once I check in to my room. The master bathroom had mold on the vents on the ceiling and in the shower on the ceiling. There was food wrappers behind the trash cans in the bathroom and sand on the top of the toilets. The vacuum was completely stopped up when we tried to use it so we had to clean it out before we could clean, which makes me believe that it never got used before we arrived. Hopefully this review will reach the owners and they will be able to correct this cleaning issue and maybe have another company clean their beautiful condo.

A great get-away location

The whole process for renting this condo was very easy. This was our 5th year here and it is definitely our favorite condo. There is plenty of room for 2 families. It is a very well stocked condo with lots of little extras to make the stay more comfortable. Highly recommended!

My husband and I first visited Okaloosa Island in the fall of 2020 with friends and we immediately fell in love with the Summer Place Condo's! We were amazed by the beautiful white sandy beaches, clear blue waters and stunning sunsets. We live in Wyoming but look forward to spending as much time as possible in Florida (especially during the cold Wyoming winters!) We hope you enjoy your stay at our Condo, and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Summer Place is a smaller building with only 54 units so the beach behind the condo is never crowded. The condo unit is very spacious and clean with plenty of room for friends and family. The pool area is family friendly, and the beach is very inviting.
