• Private pool for lounging or swimming laps.
• Basketball court and fully equipped gym for
staying active.
• Dedicated office space for remote work or
quiet time.
• Spacious backyard to relax and gather

Just a 10-minute walk to the lake, where we provide kayaks for you to paddle and explore. We also have bikes available so you can cruise the quiet neighborhood or venture further out.

Nestled in a peaceful area, this home is the perfect blend of activity and tranquility—ideal whether you’re seeking relaxation, family fun, or a mix of both.

Fees:

• Weekly Housekeeping: $500 per week. Our housekeepers will come in once a week to ensure the home remains fresh and comfortable during your stay (optional).

• Cleaning Turnaround: $1,200 per stay. This covers the full cleaning and preparation of the property before your arrival and after your departure.

• Pool Access: $100 per day. The pool is available seasonally until October 31st, with the possibility of extending availability if weather permits.

• Odor Removal Fee: $750. Please note that smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, this fee will be applied.
