Escape to your peaceful & private retreat in the highly sought after area in the heart of Wears Valley! Located in Sevierville TN, known as the “gateway to the Smokies”.

We are 13 minutes to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge & 25 minutes to Gatlinburg/ Smoky Mountain NP.

I have been renting regularly with an average rating of 4.93% since January 2025, but recently had to relist the cabin DUE TO A CHANGE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

Completely renovated in 2021, this charming rustic chic cabin showcases brand new appliances and furnishings throughout.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting interior featuring stunning tin ceilings and a cozy barnwood-accented electric fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The cabin is single level and the open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living space to a fully upgraded kitchen, which boasts sleek stainless steel appliances and ample granite counters that are just perfect for preparing delicious meals or hosting family gatherings. Also several new items to include knives, pans, dishes and many other common kitchen needs/accessories. ( to include a keurig/coffee pot combo).

Enjoy eating together or playing games in the dining area and breakfast bar area that comfortably seats 6 +.

The living room is spacious and cozy to include an oversized recliner and large couch that pulls " up" to a full size bed for snuggling, sleeping, or to enjoy a comfy movie night with the family!

There is a workstation/desk and chair for anyone who may need to work, equipped with desklights, USB charging station and AC outlets.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, electric fireplace, lounging chair, private entrance and bathroom with spa tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a set of bunk beds and a private bath.

The game room is spacious and perfect for entertaining and leisure activities. With a pool table, tv and games for all ages, all are certain to stay busy and enjoy a night of fun should you decide to "hang in".

There is a laundry area to include a washer and dryer combined with a 1/2 bath.

Each room has a ROKU TV for streaming/ cable TV and the cabin is equipped with Hi speed wifi. Each room is also equipped with a battery operated emergency lantern light ( just in case!).

Step outside to discover the huge wrap around deck with serene surroundings and a seasonal mountain view.  Neighbors are close by, but not to close- there is plenty of privacy.

The outdoor space offers plenty of room to kick back, sip your morning coffee, enjoy a sunrise/ sunset or a barbeque with family/friends. With a private hot tub, you can unwind after a day of exploring or simply enjoy a quiet evening under the stars.
 
There is parking for 2 vehicles and the outdoor area is equipped with motion lights / security cameras.

Between the large living and dining area, the game room and outdoor space, there is plenty of room for everyone to move around and not invade each others’ space.

Whether you seek serene surroundings or nearby adventure, "Blue Haven" is an ideal choice where serenity and rejuvenation meet!

The cabin is close to many area attractions such as Dollywood, The Titanic and Rocky Top Mountain Coaster! It is also close to tons of shopping along the Parkway at the Tanger Outlets or Pigeon Forge Factory Outlet.
Or, if antiquing is your thing, there are many local antique shops in the area.

With Pigeon Forge a little over 10 minutes away and Gatlinburg 25 minutes away and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you are in a prime spot to take advantage of all the area has to offer.
 
Sevierville is widely known for its picturesque landscapes and views, the best shopping in the area, and has a reputation as the perfect vacation destination in the Smokies. Often referred to as the “Gateway to the Smokies,” it IS the place to stay for all your Great Smoky Mountain adventures. 

As you leave the cabin and head out onto Wears Valley Road, you’re surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains. Whether you are here for relaxation, adventure, shopping, eating, spotting wildlife, hiking, antiquing, or exploring the scenic backroads of Tennessee, you can attain all of that from this cabin.

Since 2020, I have been visiting the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area during the fall for 5-8 weeks. As a regular “short term renter” and after falling in love with the serenity and beauty of eastern TN, I decided to purchase my own property.

My favorite thing to do when I am here is to drive around and take in all the amazing beauty, views and wildlife. I love to take photos and share them. I also enjoy sitting on the deck in the morning gazing at the mountain and listening to the birds, so serene!.Having friends and family out to visit and sharing the beauty of this area with them is a true blessing!

My goal is to provide you with a super clean cabin, excellent communication, and an awesome rental experience. I am happy to share anything I have learned about the area to include my favorite spots to visit.
