3 habitaciones, 2 1/2 baños, totalmente remodelado, todos los muebles y electrodomésticos nuevos, televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones y sala de estar.

¡Todo lo que necesitas para la playa está justo aquí! 2 bicicletas para adultos para su uso cuando se hospede en nuestra villa. Tu hogar lejos de casa. Gran dormitorio principal en el primer piso, baño principal recientemente renovado con ducha y vestidor. El dormitorio principal tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas a la laguna y al segundo hoyo del campo de golf Trent Jones. 2 dormitorios adicionales en la planta superior con baño compartido de tamaño completo Jack & Jill. Un dormitorio con cama queen size y un tercer dormitorio con 2 camas dobles. Cocina de cocinero totalmente renovada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo que incluyen lavadora y secadora. La cocina está abierta al comedor y la sala de estar con una pared de puertas correderas que dan a la hermosa terraza. Cubierta de tamaño completo con vista a la laguna con gran parrilla de gas y amplios asientos. Ropa de cama nueva, colchones, toallas de playa. Todo lo que necesitas para un relajante "hogar lejos del hogar"

Great communication to ensure we checked in and obtained the required parking/beach pass. The house has everything you need for stay; just need to bring food. Lovely location next to golf course and pond.

Beautiful location. Condo was clean and well stocked. Nadine and Michael are great and answered all my questions. I was appreciative of the beach chairs and bicycles onsite, so that we didn't have to bring them with us. My grandchildren had such a good time. The pool was just around the corner.

We have stayed at Nadine and Michael’s villa before and they never disappoint! The villa was clean, well stocked and perfect for us! Nadine contacted us to make sure our check-in went smoothly!

Hands down, one of the best stays EVER! The villa was beautiful (very clean and neat)! Not only were the hosts readily available for any questions/concerns, they have literally planned for anything you would need (from dog kennels and bikes to beach supplies)! No need to pack anything!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Hilton Head Island Getaway

Great place to stay in terms of location, price, size and amenities. Nadine is a very nice and communicative host who helped answer all questions and was available when needed as questions arose before and during our stay. Great access to beaches, steps away from a small, quiet community pool, and tons of restaurants and golf courses. The only real issue that we encountered was the temperature upstairs was very hot the first night until we lowered the AC which wasn’t great for infants/young toddlers. Overall, excellent stay and would stay there again.

This was the first time traveling with our dogs for vacation. We had a wonderful time. The dogs enjoyed bird watching off the deck. Property was clean and spacious.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful trip, in large part, due to this lovely home we stayed in. The deck, surrounded by beautiful plants and right on the lagoon, is one of the nicest porch areas in the neighborhood. The inside is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable! I would recommend this property to any and all!

Beach supplies

We enjoyed using the beach chairs and toys that you had. The chairs were a must every time we went to the beach! Also liked having the bikes. It was a nice place to stay at and well supplied.

Lovely home in great location in Palmetto Dunes

This home was perfect for our group of six. Close to tennis courts, General Store and a short bike ride to the beach. It is one of most nicest equipped kitchens and homes we have ever rented. No detail was missed in stocking it. We certainly plan to return!

Fantastic!

This was our second stay in one of Michael and Nadine’s villas. The villa is so well-appointed you really don’t need to pack anything but your clothes! We appreciated having all the comforts of home while enjoying HHI! Nadine spent a half hour on the phone with me prior to our trip making sure we had all the information we needed. She then contacted us after check in to confirm everything was satisfactory. We could not have asked for anything more!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at the property this week. The condo was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. We loved how close everything was outside of the resort. Inside of the resort we loved that we could walk or bike to the general store and the beach. The pool is just steps out the back door. My kids enjoyed the bikes that were provided. They rode then to the general store for snacks or supplies everyday. We enjoyed being right on the lagoon and rented a canoe for the week to go fishing. My Family very much enjoyed our stay here.

Vacation with the comforts of home

The kitchen is so well stocked. Comfortable accommodations with a peaceful view of the lagoon. Owners were very attentive; and friendly, helpful neighbor was sent over to help us with a bicycle repair. Only drawback to this lovely villa, is that the area to store the bikes was too cramped with 2 heating/air units along with 3 trashcans, floor mats. Trying to get the bikes in and out was a bit of a hassle and bikes were not in the best repair. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the comforts of home in a beautiful surrounding.

Home Sweet Home

Nadine and Michael’s home is by far, the best we’ve ever stayed at. Location and views aside, their rental home felt like anything but a rental. The decor was stunning! It was the perfect combination of homey and local beach vibes. Pack light when you come because all you really need are your clothes and toiletries as they have thought of everything. And I mean everything! A fully stocked kitchen, extra pillows and blankets and for our fur babies, dog bowls and blankets! The location is ideal for golfers, tennis players, wildlife enthusiasts and beach bums. The neighbors are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nadine was easy to connect with and offered ideas for activities for our 10 year old to take advantage of during our stay. She was the perfect hostess! We will absolutely return to this property for as long as they’ll have us. Robyn A.
