Situated in a quiet, family friendly, local neighborhood, this Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath "plus", includes an additional private outdoor shower in a tropical setting! FULLY furnished/turn key with all living essentials, complete renovation in Spring 2025. Queen bed in primary and full size in second bedroom include all new pillows and bedding with extra sheets. Plenty of storage with large closets fully shelved. Includes laundry room as well as large tranquil backyard with lush foliage and palm trees. This home is surrounded by vibrant flowers and lush, thoughtfully landscaped gardens in both the front and back with a fully fenced private yard. Beautiful back patio with a ceiling fan is a wonderful place to relax!
All groundskeeping included. Fiber optic WiFi, large SmartTV in living room and SmartTV's in each bedroom, with all utilities included! Brand new washer/dryer in shared laundry (w/one tenant with separate outside entrance). Super quiet, air conditioned and centrally located! The backyard in our home is just magical as you relax on the large covered back deck. You will find the neighborhood remarkably quiet and lovely. We've taken great care to strive for your comfort throughout the bedrooms, living areas and entire property. This is a beautiful home built in 1947 with incredible charm, welcome to paradise in the Conch Republic!

MINIMUM of 29 day stays are required. Months of July 2026 through December 2026 require a minimum 3 month lease, home not available Jan and Feb. During the months from March through June, home is available for a minimum of a one month stay. There will be a rent differential during this time increasing to $7,200 for monthly stays. Monthly stays will include additional amenities and concierge services. All renters will be required to sign application/lease documents and submit with payment after booking.

This property stays true to the Key's vibe and we opted not to "cookie cutter" the decor. You will truly experience the paradise of the Conch Republic while relaxing in our tropical, lush large back yard. Relax on the covered patio with ceiling fan and enjoy the view! Palm trees, flowers....beautiful! Inside we have spared no attention to detail with all new bedding, flooring, paint, amenities. Our home is ready to walk in and live clean and comfortably.
