Apartamento típico y brillante de la planta superior sitio de aproximadamente 65 metros cuadrados (cuarto) con ascensor de un hermoso edificio a pocos pasos de la Piazza della SS siglo XV. Annunziata, en el corazón de Florencia. Con aire acondicionado y totalmente equipado para recibir hasta 4 personas en un entorno ed`atmosfera tranquila, el apartamento cuenta con una decoración de estilo clásico que se adapta bien a su contexto, frescos, y una hermosa terraza con vistas panorámicas estupendas sobre los principales monumentos ciudad en sí, por la cúpula de Brunelleschi en la Santa Cruz y la Sinagoga. Completamente renovado, equipado con conexión a Internet, calefacción, aire acondicionado (en la habitación), se compone de un cuarto amueblado con gusto, con un cómodo sofá cama, TV LCD de estar, de la que luego lleva al dormitorio principal con balcón con vistas. También consta de un comedor con capacidad para 6 personas, cocina totalmente equipada y un pequeño cuarto de baño.

A gem in the center of Florence

It was authentic Italian!! The kindness of all that we met along with Francesco and Eleanor, host and property manager, were available and quick to respond to our queries. We had a great experience visiting Italy for the 1st time!

An amazing place to stay in the heart of Florence

We had a wonderful time during our month stay in this We lo Loved this apartment! Spacious, beautifully decorated and located close to the heart of the city. The owner and the manager were incredibly helpful. The terrace off of the bedroom overlooks the city - we had breakfast and dinner out there almost every day. We hope to stay at this special apartment the next time we are in Florence.

Loved every second!

Couldn't recommend this stay more! The host was great at communicating with us in advance to coordinate everything. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, and the terrace really makes it such an experience. Walking distance to everything, and super comfy bed. Only thing is that if you enjoy high pressure showers, the water pressure is a little low, but that didn't impact us at all really.

Very roomy, clean and comfortable apartment in excellent location. This was a our 1st time in Florence and the apartment, location and communication with the property manager could not have been better. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom and living room have air conditioning. So nice after a hot day in Florence. The layout of the apartment is very nice creating privacy between the living spaces and the bedroom. The location couldn't be better. Many restaruants, shops, markets, museums less than a kilometer away. The T2/T1 rail is close by and you can take that from the airport or train station. We had a challenge getting a cab from the train station and recommend reviewing the rail. Very easy to use and only 1.7 Eruo. Runs every 5 minutes. This is an excellent apartment to be close by all the action without the noise of the traffic and crowds.

A perfect apartment

We stayed for almost three weeks in this lovely apartment witha classic Florence touch. The location is perfect - a quiet street but close to virtually everything. The outdoor space was wonderful with great views and the bedroom was large and comfortable ( really good bed). The kitchen had all we needed - well equipped- and even a sweet dining table. The living room was also comfortable and pretty large. The bathroom is small as is the shower but we are not big people so it worked. And there is even an elevator to the floor below and an easy 12-15 steps to the apartment. We’ve been to Florence many times and this is one of the best apartments we’ve ever had.

Very nice property

This apartment is very nice with a wonderful terrace to enjoy morning coffee, a meal or some of the great local wines in the evening. From the terrance you can look one direction and see Tuscany hillsides in the distance and on the other side of the terrace you can see the Duomo. The apartment is in the historic center of Florence and within walking distance of many historic sights. The owner Francesco and his property manager Ellie are very helpful and friendly and will reply to any questions or issues you may have very quickly. The apartment can comfortably be shared by four people because of a fold out couch. The bedroom has a very good bed that seems like a king size to me even though I think it is referred to as a double on VRBO. We preferred the authentic Italian feel of this property over the idea of staying in a hotel. Having Francesco and Ellie be so attentive made the apartment stay the right choice for us and we would recommend it to anyone wanting to vacation in Florence.

This property is amazing. Exactly as pictured online. Close to everything but just far enough from the major crowds. The lovely ladies that manage the property are amazing. Informative and quick to respond. The view of the Duomo from practically every window is amazing! Even in the bathroom. I can’t say enough about this apartment!! There is an elevator to the third floor and then just one flight of stairs to the apartment door. I have been back home for 12 hours and I already am thinking how I can go back!

Perfect apartment

This was our second stay at this gem of a place. It's near everything and has a terrace that looks out over the city and the Tuscan Hills. Elly, the manager and Francesco, the owner are always so helpful. I love this apartment

??? Luxury apartment.

Have had much better from home & away. Cupboards dirty sink leaked in to the cupboard below so musty smell. No Kettle so pans of boiling water not very safe. Shower needed attention. Hand over very disappointed, no explanation on tv, air conditioning none as “you won’t need it” Microwave oven “was you’ll just have to fiddle I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ Seemed more interested in getting home. Certainly not a luxury apartment by any means.Two windows couldn’t be opened because of pigeon dirt smell everywhere. The saving grace was the small balcony, altho’ no cover as in photo, so sitting out restricted a lot of the time due to lack of shade. ,

Sehr schön auch nach Beschreibung, aber ...

Keine Gase am Schlafzimmerfenster. Leider waren die Nächte sehr Mückengeladen. Vermieter verlangte beim Check-In die Personalausweise. Da wir die zu unserem eigenen Leidwesen vergessen hatten, war nichts zu machen. Zum Glück hatte ich eine PA-Kopie auf dem Rechner. Eigentlich steht es niemandem ausser Sicherheitsorganen zu, PA- und Passdokumente zu verlangen. Das hatte den Aufenthalt getrübt, obwohl das Ambiente und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung sehr angenehm ist.

Reasons we loved this place: Location gave us plenty of time to really walk the city to main attractions. Rooftop terrace lacks the fabric shade, so limited time with the season of drizzle we were in, but you could sit on the couch and see the Duomo from there as well through the window. Convenient to Trattoria ZaZa, which we dined in 3 times there and took take away for departure day. Loved the placement of lovely antiques which made it feel authentic. Elevator was excellent for luggage Washer worked well. Some thoughts to consider: Bathroom is for one at a time unless you know one another very well. Bring mosquito repellent for sleep...Eleanora suggested not to keep windows open due to this. They regulate the thermostat and set it which you cannot un-code to change...made for chilly mornings. Overall, we had a charming time. Neighbors were quiet, and getting in and out of apartment was easy. Safe neighborhood being across from one of the universities.

Amazing balcony

The balcony is amazing. We decided to stay in for dinner and cooked at home since there is no restaurants that have this amazing view and balcony. The entire house is spacy and super cute. The only suggestion we had was to change the lock to the door. They were so kind enough to teach us how to open the door with a key, but it’s so hard to open that one of us was locked out:/ Also, we were able to check in earlier, which was so generous of them. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence:)

Loved the space and view

Lots of space for 2. Shower is a little tight. Washing machine did not work properly. Floors were cold and the heat did not seem to work. We really liked the location of the apartment. Elly was very helpful and answered our questions.

Perfect location

Very comfortable flat with a lift to almost the top floor. Eleonora was having a "bad hair day" so we had to wait a bit in a corner bar for entry, but oh dang, we had drink a few beers! Well equipped for cooking, and a longer stay. Bathroom not made for big folks - it is tight. Hot water in and out, Eleonora said they would fix it. This photo is a bit outdated as there is not an awning, but some beautiful vine growing over the patio. (Wisteria? Night Jasmine?) wished we could have seen in bloom. Oh and guests should water them!! This flat is perfect for couples and small families. You will be able to enjoy Florence for many days.

Perfect place to stay!

The perfect spot for a stay to immerse yourself in the culture and life of Florence. Very well appointed, nicely furnished apartment with all mod-cons needed in a great location. And the roof-terrace- what a wonderful spot to have that evening drink, lunch or dinner.. Eleanora set the tone with her warm welcome and helpful information. Highly recommended! Spacious apartment, great location

We arrived hot and flustered, after a walk through Florence with heavy luggage on a 35 degree day. Elenora was waiting to greet us on the street and showed us around the apartment and gave us recommendations for places to eat and drink while in Florence. She was fantastic, friendly and couldn't be more willing to help. The apartment is in a brilliant location, 5 minutes' walk from the Duomo. The pictures of the balcony/terrace are exact and it was beautiful sitting out there for an evening aperitivo and snack. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, and had all the amenities we needed, such as an iron and washing machine, etc. Air conditioning was great and essential for the hot summer days. The only minor let down was the bathroom, which was a poor layout and not very functional (so small that you couldn't shower without the whole bathroom getting soaked). The shower could also do with a good de-molding. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a one or two night stay in Florence if you want to be close to the action.

Très beau séjour dans une ville de rêve...

Très bel appartement en plein centre historique, bien ventilé et climatisé (c'est essentiel lorsqu'il fait vraiment chaud), très bien équipé et vraiment agréable à vivre, avec une jolie petite terrasse offrant une vue magnifique sur la vielle ville. Nous avons été accueillis très cordialement par la charmante Eleonora, qui nous a fourni des explications et une documentation tout à fait correctes. Petit bémol : l'absence de possibilité de stationnement, due aux restrictions de circulation et de stationnement mises en place par la politique de la ville, ce qui nous a occasionné un sérieux surcoût dans un parking payant en dehors du vieux centre. Au demeurant, la voiture ne nous a absolument pas servi lors du séjour : la quasi totalité des monuments florentins sont accessible à pied en moins de 30 minutes, il y a des restaurants absolument partout, et divers commerces à proximité. A noter : le logement se situe au dernier étage de l'immeuble, et l'ascenseur ne monte pas jusqu'en haut; il faut donc finir par un escalier assez raide, ce qui n'autorise pas l'accès à une personne à mobilité réduite. Je recommanderais sans hésitation ce lieu à mes amis.

Bonnes vacances a Toscane

Nous avons passes 7 nuits dans cet appartement au calme!!!La terrasse est superbe avec vue sur les montagnes d'un côté et de l'autre vue sur le duomo.Nous avons trés bien dormis.Heureusement qu'il y a la climatisation pour la chaleur du mois de juillet.Seul bémol la salle de bain est vraiment petite et peu fonctionnelle.Dans l'emsemble c'est une trés bonne location,trés bien situé au centre de Florence!Merci à Eleonora ,Alexandra et Francesco pour leurs renseignements et leurs disponibilités!Vous pouvez louer cet appartement avec l'esprit tranquille!Ciao

Appartamento con splendido terrazzo nel centro di Firenze

L' appartamento è situato in pieno centro di Firenze ma tranquillissimo, cosa assai rara da trovare! Il terrazzo è eccezionale, con un panorama dalle colline di Fiesole fino alla cupola del Duomo e a San Miniato. L'arredamento è bello e originale, con alcuni pezzi di antiquariato e aggiunte in stile congeniali. Letto molto comodo, anche questo è importante. L'unica cosa non comoda è il bagno, molto piccolo, cosa che capita spesso in appartamenti storici. Francesco ed Eleonora si sono dati da fare per l' organizzazione, tutto ha funzionato bene.
