Hermoso condominio moderno, frente al mar en el piso 17 que le da sin obstáculos, vistas panorámicas de la playa y el océano Atlántico, así como vistas de la Intracoastal Waterway. Usted podrá disfrutar de muchos un amanecer increíble, así como puestas de sol exóticas. Este es un nuevo condominio, que fue ocupada por primera vez en 2011. El condominio es profesionalmente decorado, totalmente amueblado con calidad fina, muebles cómodos, lujoso. Para su entretenimiento, el condominio cuenta con cuatro de pantalla plana de TV, internet de alta velocidad y de cable digital. Además, se proporciona Teléfono con larga distancia gratis en cualquier lugar en los EE.UU. y Canadá. La cocina cuenta con mostradores de granito y está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar la comida. Ropa de cama están bien surtidas de los dormitorios y baños. El baño principal tiene un hidromasaje, jacuzzi para mejorar su relajación, después de un día en la playa; así como cabina de ducha separada, lavabo doble y encimera de granito. El condominio está totalmente alicatado con excepción del dormitorio principal. Para su comodidad, el apartamento tiene un área de lavado interior con tamaño completo lavadora y secadora. La sala familiar y la sala de estar tienen sofás cama que pueden acomodar a dos personas cada uno, cómodamente. El condominio cuenta con aparcamiento subterráneo seguro, y el edificio tiene sistemas de seguridad con tecnología de última generación. Las bien equipadas que se alojen en las Torres Gemelas incluyen dos piscinas frente al mar de natación y dos bañeras de hidromasaje en un área cubierta acogedor y confortable. Hay una lujosa habitación Club para reuniones familiares, equipado con una mesa de billar. La sala de ejercicio se encuentra para que pueda ejercer viendo las olas.

Disappointed

The place is filthy with dust. Shower leaks, receptacles don’t work in bath, disposal does not work couches in living room are worn out! Tv does not allow for streaming. Two rolls toilet paper for two people for two weeks. Very few amenities. I have stayed in DIMUCCI towers for 15 years and this is worst one by far in this facility.

Daytona Shores Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is nice. The only issue was the dryer kept giving a D90 code. We cleaned lint filter every time and even gave a good vacuum. I did report it to the realty upon leaving there was an issue. Beautiful view. We were there for a month and enjoyed every minute of it.

Spent the month of Feb there

So after being homeowners in Fl for over 20 years, we sold last year to be snowbirds in SC near our children. Yet we wanted a taste of Fl again. We had a few reasons to choose this condo: Pet friendly, on the beach and easy drive from SC. Unfortunately the area experienced a couple of hurricanes that tore apart sea walls, pools etc so owner graciously gave us a small rebate on price. A park reopened three buildings down so we had beach access. Her condo is exactly as pics indicate with full kitchen. Everything was there including beach accessories, towels etc. It was clean, nicely furnished and very inviting. View was amazing! We could see miles each way, and the front door area yielded a beautiful view of the inter coastal that had fabulous sunsets. The condo is near the bridge to the mainland which was very handy to travel to other locations. One tiny gripe, Although four tvs, none of them “smart ones” which wouldn’t have been a problem if we knew and could’ve brought our fire stick. Owner was very eager to make sure we had a great stay. Kudos to her and her beautiful condo!

The size, layout and location of this condo are as advertised and the building appears to be well run. This stated, we found this to be the filthiest unit we've ever experienced. Within a short period of checking in we found mold in the ice tray on the fridge, the oven was grease covered, the top of the microwave was filthy, you could write your name on the surface of the grease covered kitchen cabinets, there were stains on the walls, hairs in the tub, the dishes and utensils had food and bugs on them, the master bedroom carpet was stained and there was a stench in the room and the tile floors were so dirty that you stuck to them and, after a short period of walking around without your shoes on, your feet turned black. It took three days of us cleaning, some assistance from the company responsible for cleaning the unit and having a steam cleaning company come-in and steam clean the floors, the bedroom carpet and all of the fabric furniture before our initial findings were addressed. After the steam cleaning the floors and furniture were a different (shades lighter) color, the stains were gone from the MBR carpet and things smelled fresh and clean. Following this cleaning (starting in the 4th day of our residence when we could use the master bodroom) ) we continued to find that the inside rim of the clothes washer was filthy, the patio door tracks inside the unit were loaded with dirt, the dining room chair seats were cracked and had openings in the seat covers, we swept dirt, various small items and someones clothing out from between the washer and dryer, the shower in the MBR flooded the bathroom (water flowed around a corner, under a waste backet and surrounded the commode) and the patio furniture was very dirty and appeared to have stains from either body oils or suntan lotion (we didn't sit on this furniture). Bottom line; for the short term most of the unit should be ready for human habitation if these remaining items are addressed. Long term who knows. To be fair we should note that the condo owner reimbursed us for two nights (at the base rate, not the actual cost with various fees) and offered us an additional night stay. Sadly we left after just 10 nights of our original 14 night stay due to hurricane Ian. That ended up being an excellent decision.

Two weeks

We highly recommend this condo. My absolute favorite part is the sunrise and sunset from the 17th floor. This condo could use some deep cleaning but it's clean on the surface. 🙂 If you plan on eating in bring your own skillet, knives and a toaster. There were plenty of towels and the sheets were clean. The washer and dryer are massive so it can accommodate all your beach towels. While we were there our garbage disposal broke and the reality company sent a plumber over promptly to fix it. This vacation was great and again we highly recommend it. ENJOY

Great condo —bike week was loud!

Great condo and building. Nice pool and good location. Bike week was quite loud and cars on the beach hard to get used to.

Over all it was great. A few updates needed

We love the location. Unit was as advertised. No problems with the grounds. Only issues were no working batteries on most things and towels were so old there are holes on them. We bought a pair and left as gift. Very easy to fix. Need to do the same with rugs. All the rest was great. Thank you

Exactly as advertised

Truly enjoyed our stay at Dimucci Twin Towers. The property is so well situated close to everything; shopping, restaurants within walking distance. Terrific view up and down Daytona Breach. Actually got to view a space launch from Cape Canaveral Friday March 6th from our balcony. The condo itself was perfect with everything we required, washer & dryer even beach chairs should you want to relax on the beach. The pool was great, water was warm and plenty of lounge chairs. Great condo and view of the ocean from the balcony

Was a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the condo and view of the beach from the balcony, just spectacular. We had a few minor issues, but the owner took care of all of our issues quickly and was very responsive.

Great place and time!

We had a great time but there were a couple problems that were quickly taken care of. First there was dog poop under the bed in the master suite. It was old and dry but yuck! They sent someone over to clean it so that was acceptable. The pull out sofa bed in the front den was gross and looked like it had been mauled by a beast and they actually had it hauled away and a new one delivered the next day. That worked out well for the 8 of us and we were comfortable after that. The condo was comfortable and adequate for us 8 and the balcony was perfect for watching beach life and pelicans!! We had a great time!

Beautiful beachfront condo

Actual condo is as described. Was perfect for a month long stay. Would definitely stay here again. Beds are very comfortable. Great for 2-4 adults or a family with children. Spent a lot of time on the oceanfront enjoying the fantastic view.

The condo was incredibly clean, the layout was perfect, comfortable beds and by far the best balcony and view of the ocean. Very clean pools and hot tubs. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Beautiful Oceanfront View!

Beautiful Condo with Oceanfront view! Lots of room and beautiful decor. We came from Ohio and spent most of time on the beach and front balcony. Its location is close to everything you need. You could even walk to get most of your necessities for vacation. There is a Walgreens and Publix across the street. I would recommend this condo to everyone who wants a great oceanfront beach vacation. If you have a family of 8 its still comfortable and spacious.
