We loved the location of the house. We were able to walk right out the back door and onto the beach. It was such a nice, quiet area. The beach house comfortably slept 5 adults/older teens.

The location of this property is wonderful - steps to the sand and a short walk past the sea grass to the gulf. However, for the price, we found the accommodations lacking. The beds and pillows were all terribly uncomfortable. There were no sheets for the pull-out couch, no extra toilet paper or paper towels, and no provided toiletries. One of the sinks had a drainage problem, and the dishwasher doesn’t work well. None of these issues was hugely impactful, however, when added together they were frustrating, especially given the high cost of the reservation. The host also did not respond to more than one message regarding a possible late checkout until the day after we’d already left. We’d completely understand if it wasn’t possible, but we didn’t appreciate the total lack of response. While we enjoyed our trip, I’m not sure we’d choose the same property again.

This is a beautiful, well-kept and clean property. The views and access to the beach were awesome. Bonnie Wiedeman (Wagner Realty Inc) was AMAZING. She was helpful, available and very kind to us. Would recommend this highly. We are coming back for sure !!

Our first time LBK and it was probably the best VRBO experience I’ve had. (We travel often). We’ve fallen in love with the island and what it has to offer. The condo was immaculately clean, well stocked with anything we needed-extra bedding, towels, kitchen wares, etc for our 7 day retreat. The pool was refreshing yet comfortable, beach chairs seemed to be brand new. Beautifully decorated, modern amenities, safe, cozy, walkable shops and restaurants. We plan to stay again, maybe often.

Great location, old property

Great spot on Longboat Key. Lovely beach. Unit was older, mold in window sills, missing light bulbs, screen door needs repair. Carpets were stained. The unit smelled of dampness. But, the appliances were decent and the kitchen had adequate items. Master bed was comfortable. We had perfect weather, and being directly on the beach, unbeatable.

Very nice condo

Perfect for our family of four. Everything was very clean. Lots of beach toys and other accessories already there for use. Perfect short walk to the beach. Will rent again in the future.

Location is amazing, unit needs some help.

The unit was not cleaned very well upon our arrival. Dead bugs on the floor, hair in both tubs, stains in kitchen that we wiped clean. We had to go buy cleaner just to shower the first night. Twin beds are horribly uncomfortable and sheets were paper thin. The blinds in that room are broken and rigged to stay up so they don’t close all the way. Living room TV never worked. There were 4 of us staying - 2 of us woke up daily with new spider bites. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. The location was the best part. We rent multiple times a year in FL and this was a letdown.

Quiet beach getaway

The beach home was clean and quiet. A nice home away from home. A little outdated with decor and tech. 10 steps to the pool. 20 steps to the beach. Overall experience was amazing

LOVED Sea Club III! Can't been location

We loved Sea Club III. The two bedroom was perfect for 4 of us. I have never been this close to the beach. The most beautiful sunsets ever.

Great location and nice property

We enjoyed our stay here. Property is dated but clean, neat and well stocked. Kitchen has good appliances, bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were nice. The location right on the beach was amazing. Other people staying in other units were nice too. Quiet, low key vacation.
