Great place in Seaside

We had a great vacation with a few families at Ron’s place. Spacious home that is clean and updated, and just 1 block from the beach and boardwalk. We loved spending time at the beach during the day and at the house on the balcony in the evening. Really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again if we come back to Seaside.

Great Townhouse

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home. The owner was great and very helpful on our day of arrival. There was plenty of room for adults and grandchildren. The view from the deck was great as we could see the boardwalk and walking to the boardwalk was easy being only a block away. The grocery store also was close by with just a 15 minute walk away.

Great Location

My family which included my adult children, spouses, and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our family get together. Proximity to beach, boardwalk, and water park was excellent. We really enjoyed the view of the ferris wheel at night. Multiple decks and various spaces were great. Ron was extremely helpful with check in and questions. I highly recommend this property.

A great location with lots of space and privacy for all !!! There was plenty of parking, which was a plus. My teens and grown children loved the proximity to all things exciting; the beach, the water park, the amusement park and the lively boardwalk... Great rental

House was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids. Check in/out was smooth. There are stairs being that this is a townhouse, which works out nicely for spacing and separation, but something to consider if you have very young or old people in your party. (One child in our group was recovering from a broken leg, otherwise I wouldn't even have thought of this)

Great stay

Great location and lots of room. Housekeepers Gloria and Annie were extremely helpful...shopped for me, put linens on bedding and even came back with a few items we needed. Ron was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. The only area of home that needs a little TLC...the carpet. Needs a very deep clean. Other than that...5 stars all around! Would definitely come back. My friends and 5 teen boys had a wonderful stay.

Solid location and townhouse

There was lots of room for 8 people and a few dogs. The place is in very good condition with the exception of some carpets that need cleaning and the temperature from room to room seemed to vary dramatically at times. The vents need levers so they can be open/closed. Some vents did not have the levers. Great location two blocks from the boardwalk. With the exception of Saturday night, it is a quite neighborhood.

Shore House

Great location within walking distance of boardwalk and Hooks(restaurant & bar). House was huge with plenty of room and super cute! Definitely has that "Jersey" Vibe! Ron was prompt to answer all of my texts and phone calls. Would definitely recommend to a family or group of friends looking to have a great time in Seaside Heights! I would however not bring any elderly folks if they cannot walk a lot of stairs because there is no elevator. My 13 yr old daughter absolutely loved hanging on the balcony and enjoyed people watching. Fantastic view of the ferris wheel and its light show in the evenings! Love this place!

Not as advertised

When renting this property it was advertised as 4 bedroom. It is 3 bedrooms with an additional sleeping space that had no doors and must be walked thru by guests sleeping in the actual bedrooms. Also, listing said three bikes were included so we did not haul our bikes as we usually do. Bikes were there but locked. When contacting the owner it took 24 hours for a response he would not allow us to use, and that it would be easier for us to just rent. Renting bikes is not at all the same as having bikes whenever you want to use them.

Michael had very little questions prior to arriving at my property. The property description and pictures are represented very clearly in the VRBO advertisement and all sleeping areas a pictured very clearly in the listing. It is unfortunate that this guest did not take the time to contact me prior to checking in for specific details about the home and the additional security deposit now required when utilizing the bicycles. The recent mishap with two of the bicycles being left unattended and then not returned to my garage at check out time has left me no choice but to require a secondary security deposit when allowing guests to unlock and utilize the bikes for the week. The bicycles are expensive and in high demand and in order to insure the future availability for our guests we have instituted the additional security deposit requirement. Michael chose not to make the additional security deposit so I provided information about potentially renting bicycles from a local bike rental store. As a pemiere rental property owner I always strive to accommodate my guests fully and will continue to do so always in the future. I continue to wish a happy and safe traveling future for all . :)

Great location, few things to consider

Property was in a great location, very clean and the multiple balconies are really nice. First, there are only three bedrooms, not four. Listing is a bit confusing. Also, there are multiple floors, and many stairs. The difficulty is the back of the house and front of the house are offset by a half set. this means there is a staircase going from the living room to the kitchen, to the bath, etc. The design in the master bath is flawed. Very hard to get into the shower. Other than these small items, great place.

Family Vacation

My family and I took our mom away for her birthday. We enjoyed every moment of our stay! Ron the owner was easy to communicate with. We had zero issues except the week ending so quickly! The house is spacious, clean and close to the beach/boardwalk. We met his cleaner on the way out and she was such a pleasure to speak with. All around wonderful people and a beautiful home away from home! We definitely would love to return in the future! The Absolute Perfect Place

Even in a dreary Memorial Day Weekend - despite the weather - this place was tbe absolute perfect place for family, fun and Sunday dinner!!! This place is spotless and spacious!!! Plenty of room for the whole family!!! Great location!!!! Walking distance to everything!!!! Can't wait to enjoy a perfect beach weekend at this condo - it's the perfect place for making long-lasting memories! Thank you to Ron for hosting a wonderful family vacation!!!!

Beautiful Townhouse for a group!

Host was very responsive and accommodating. The multiple levels provided for maximum privacy for all guests. The master suite and accompanying living room are separated by a kitchen floor which leads to another living/sleeping space and 2 guest bedrooms. It felt like 2 apartments that met in the middle. Perfect for a large group or family. Prime location ... walkable to the boardwalk, restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here whenever back in the area!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed the townhouse very much. It was spacious with plenty of room for our 3 girls. Location was great. Just a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Lots to do very close by. The house was clean and up to date. Owner was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Awesome home

We stayed for a long weekend and the house was amazing. We will definitely book here again. Huge house, with plenty of room. 3 parking spots, beach chairs, and beach badges. Amazing experience. Thanks Ron, you the man!!

Five levels of living space allow for larger groups to spend time all together comfortably, while also providing indoor and outdoor lounging options for retreat when you want to relax and unwind. There are countless restaurants and shops to visit. You are a few blocks away from boat, jet-ski and non-motorized water sport rentals. Atlantic City Casinos are only a 40 minute ride away.
