Step into this bright and open 1-bedroom loft, featuring soaring ceilings, large windows, and panoramic views that bring the outdoors in. Whether you're sipping coffee as the sun rises over the river or relaxing after a day exploring Missoula, this is the perfect place to unwind.

- The front doors to the Wilma Building on Higgins Ave are open from 9-7 p.m. and the basement guest entry (PL Level) is accessible 24 hours.
- To keep the building secure for all tenants and guests, check-in instructions are sent out the morning of your arrival.
- With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process once you gain access onto the 7th floor.
- We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.
-Parking Information:
Guests will have access to one parking space in the Park Place Garage (201 E Front St) while the City of Missoula completes road work in the Bank Parking Garage.
Garage Access: Use the white key card located in the lockbox on the Parking Lot (PL) level of the Wilma. Simply scan the card at the entrance to the Park Place Garage.
Unloading at the Wilma: Because the garage is one block away, you may unload at the Wilma before parking. To do so:
Turn into the Caras Park lot off Front St (right turn just before Tamarack Brewing).
Follow the loop around Caras Park, the Carousel, and the Amphitheater until you’re under the bridge.
Turn left into the PL entrance/unloading zone. You may unload here for up to 20 minutes.
Helpful Tip: A wagon is provided (in the apartment closet) to help bring your items to and from the unit.
Driving to the Park Place Garage: After unloading, exit the Caras Park lot and turn right onto Front St. Continue through the light at Higgins, then take the next right at the intersection. Look for the large green “P” Parking sign—the garage will be on your left, just past Market on Front.
*Please note that failure to send your vehicle information to the Parking Commission in a timely manner will result in having to find paid parking, unless it is after 6 p.m. on week days or on the weekend.
Enjoy beautiful downtown Missoula and all it has to offer from this centrally located loft in the historic Wilma Building. You can explore the farmers market or stay in and watch the surfers on the Clark Fork River right from your window. Our fully appointed loft has all the amenities needed to feel right at home, free downtown parking, onsite laundry and a full restaurant on premises. Come enjoy all that Western Montana has to offer from your own private paradise 7 floors above the city lights!
Downstairs on the PL Level, you will find direct access to the in-house restaurant, Hana, which serves delicious sushi and is a Missoula staple!
