Realmente no hay nada mejor que esto! Vista al mar, playas, ya sólo pasos de la arena! Esta casa de playa con encanto codiciado decoración contemporánea es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia. Disfrute de la puesta de sol con una copa de vino de su propia mesa del patio.

Esta casa se encuentra en un complejo turístico con piscinas, Spa, mesa de billar, sala de ejercicios, futbolín, putting golf y lo mejor de todo a pocos pasos del Océano Pacífico. Disfrute de vistas directas al mar.

A pie de la playa y restaurante. Trolley, tren, y el teatro de menos de media milla.

15 Minutos a Legoland, a 40 minutos a Seaworld, el zoológico, el centro de San Diego y Disneyland

Lovely vacation

Clean bright modern condo, steps to the sand. What more could you ask? John is a great host. Love sitting on the balcony watching the waves and people go by.

Great place!

This was a great vacation rental. We walked to the beach barefoot every day. The whole area is beautiful and really easy to explore. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property is better than advertised. Clean, beautifully decorated. All the amenities we needed. Short walk to the beach. Location is fantastic with a great view from the balcony. We will surely stay here again.

Great location!

Great location and access. Living room furniture is a little lacking but didn’t spend much time in the unit. Loved the Murphy bed for extra sleeping options. Nice beach and good restaurant options. Would stay again!

So close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect! So easy to get to the beach. I also loved that there was a wall bed and not just a sofa sleeper. The condo was very nicely updated as well.

Great Vacation Spot!

Had a great time! Was a little confusing on where to pick up keys. Only complaint is there needs to be higher chairs on the balcony to see ocean view. It was a clean well stocked condo would definitely rent it again😃

Our 2nd stay in Oceanside

We've stayed at this complex before, but in a different unit. We love it. This unit was a little smaller than I would have liked, but that's what I get for waiting to book. The beds were great, kitchen had everything we needed, very nice and clean throughout. With 4 adults and one bathroom, though, we could have used one more roll of toilet paper.

Loved Oceanside. The condo was a perfect home base. The balcony was such a great place to take in the view. The living room furniture needs an upgrade. But other than that it is a perfect location.

Nice and close to the water!

This property was perfect for our stay. It was really just steps to the beach. Underground parking right outside of the elevator. The grounds of the property are well maintained and beautiful. The balcony overllooks the street and you can see the beach. The kitchen has nice appliances and a big sink. Three are beach toys and chairs and an umbrella to use.

As Advertised

We have been to North Coast Village many times. This unit was ideally located; close to the gym and game room, easy walk to hot tub and pool, ocean view and an easy walk to the beach. We benefitted from the two bed option in the family room. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again. I'd mention the sand project and beach restoration is less than ideal this year. Many rocks exposed at the beach. The train noise situation is much improved and did not cause any issue for us.

Comfortable 1 bedroom with ocean view

The unit was as advertised, clean, conformable, well furnished and the beach decor was charming. Steps to the beach with a nice view. The Murphy bed was a huge plus over the standard sofa bed that most 1 bedroom units offer. John was a great host who was easy to reach and communicated quickly. the cieling and tower fans make a huge difference. John has three beach chairs, an umbrella and two boogie boards for his guests to use so no need to pack this large equipment. Only recommendation is that another set of beach towels would be nice.

Everything was Great!

We were very pleased with the condo and dealing with the owner, John. It's a very pleasant space, everything was in working order and clean, great location with an easy walk to the sand/shore, nice complex and amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, putting green & workout room.) It was very quiet when we were there, May 31 - April 4, 2016. Pleasant to sit out on the balcony with a view of the water down the street. The kitchen was well enough equipped to do some cooking. Bring your own staples beyond salt, pepper and coffee. Slept well in the comfortable king sized bed. Easy to walk to restaurants near the pier and in the Harbor. Once we parked the car in the garage, we didn't get back in until the end of our stay. Another advantage of this upstairs unit (other than the view) is that there is a skylight in the bathroom. I would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

July not so quiet

I will start by saying that this condo is lovely, very well decorated, super quick walk to the beach, nice complex. The beds are very comfortable. All the necessary beach gear is available for use. The owner was very quick to answer my email regarding early check-in so I feel would have been very responsive if we had needed anything else during our stay. However, I know others commented on the lack of traffic noise but I believe they must have come in the off-season. The traffic (foot, auto, bike, etc.) was very heavy. All traffic for drop-off on the Strand is one way with the street outside this unit being where everyone exits drop-off. Also, the trains run directly behind this unit. We counted three middle of the night whistles. Because of all the outside noise, it really isn't possible to sleep with the windows open. None of this is a reflection on the owner or quality of the unit, but I did feel like I would be dishonest if I omitted these facts. They did directly impact the quality of our stay. Having said all that, I would probably stay in this unit again in the Spring or Fall when overall tourism in California is down.

I've choose North Coast Village is because its like living in a resort. I has big pools, green areas, putting golf, bbq, exercise room, pool tables, and best of all walking distance to the ocean.
