EXCLUSIVE 100-ft Oceanfront Balcony -- 3 Bed/2.5 Bath End-Unit Condo @ Sea Watch

Exclusive 3-bedroom/2.5 bath end-unit condo on the 7th floor of the famous Sea Watch condominium building on 115th Street.

EVERY room has sliding glass door access to the 100+ foot long oceanfront balcony (YES....100 feet long -- it's AMAZING!!).

Unit is completely re-modeled with tile floors, state-of-the-art kitchen, open floor plan, new furniture, TVs in every room, two sleeper sofas, electric fireplace, and a large set of patio furniture (adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and tables).

This one-of-a-kind unit has a 3-sided balcony -- north, south & longest oceanfront balcony in Ocean City. Master bedroom is the corner room with two sets of sliding glass doors providing access to the oceanfront & north-facing balconies. Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and high-speed WiFi.

In addition, the Sea Watch building has EVERYTHING: two pools (indoor & outdoor), fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, arcade/game-room, billiards room, snack shop, and private cinema in the building <-- super COOL!!

The building also has a large parking garage onsite. During May thru October there is a one-time $65 fee per vehicle to utilize the garage for your stay.

Condo is also in a great location for the off-season activities:
• Near the Ocean City Winterfest of Lights.
• In the middle of the Ocean City Christmas Parade route.
•.Close to the Convention Center and Performing Arts Center that have on-going performances.
•.Watch the off-season parades/events curbside: Classic Car Shows, BikeFest, St Patrick’s Day events, etc.
•.Near the best restaurants that are open year-around: Liquid Assets, Saltwater75, Nantucket’s, RopeWalk, Tailchasers, etc.

This is the BEST Ocean City has to offer. Near everything.....shopping, restaurants, activities, etc.

Honestly one of the Best times we have ever had in Ocean City/fenwick. This is by far one of the best places to stay and the host was fantastic. My wife and 2 boys and I loved this condo and will absolutely be coming back. 100ft Balcony is an 11/10

Great oceanfront condo, perfect for our family vacation. The Seawatch has a ton of amenities for the grandkids. Jack, the owner is so easy to deal with and excellent to communicate in a very timely fashion. Couldn’t recommend this condo more highly. Absolute great views from the main living area as well as all three oceanfront bedrooms.

Amazing Stay

This condo was amazing. It is updated, clean, right on the beach. Plenty of room. Every room has a sliding glass door onto the balcony overlooking the ocean. The host was very responsive and no hassle check in. Looking forward to my next trip there.

Annual family vacation

Loved the condo! 6 adults and one child and we had so much room. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating to hang out as a family in the common area. Also appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and boogie boards. Jack reached out before and during our trip. We’ve stayed with multiple hosts at different locations thru the years and Jack (and his property) is top notch.

Beach Getaway

This oceanfront condo is exactly as advertised. The balcony is spectacular! The oceanview can be enjoyed from everywhere inside and out. The condo is nicely appointed and quite comfortable.

4th of July amazing week

This property is absolutely amazing. The property is even better in person than in the pictures. We had the best week with everything you could need. The kitchen was well stocked tons of flatware, dishes, pots and had sharp knives! The location is super close to a grocery store, walking distance, and other provisions you need to gather for your stay. The views are fantastic and that deck!!! Rocking chairs to enjoy the view. Loved the trip. The host is very responsive and we look forward to staying again.

This was an amazing condo. The oceanfront view was breathtaking. I am convinced this is the best view in Ocean City. My family and I had the best time. The condo was completely renovated, very spacious. Everything worked properly and there is so much to do there for us and our kids. It is a perfect location, close to the boardwalk, all our favorite restaurants, and putt putt locations. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Excellent place to stay

We highly recommend staying at this condo, had everything we needed, it was very clean. Owner was very nice and returned messages within minutes. Great location, we seen dolphins from the balcony with had plenty of chairs. Our only complaint was the indoor pool was not open which was not the owners fault. We would definitely book this condo again.

Ocean views from every room

Beautiful condo with ocean views from every room! Each bedroom has a slider to the long balcony so you can listen to the waves as you sleep!If you visit offseason, just know that many restaurants and stores may not be open.

I have been going to OCMD my entire life. I tell people it is the BEST vacation place for families -- it has everything: beach, boardwalk, rides, go karts, water-slides, miniature golf, shopping, etc. -- EVERYTHING.

I have never seen an oceanfront condo in a vacation town with a 3-sided balcony.......the unit is amazing -- you will love it!!
