Tucked away at the end of a quiet dead-end road—bordering 6800 acres of Hi-Tor State Park with numerous trails and waterfalls, Canandaigua Lake, the charming town of Naples, and award-winning Finger Lakes wineries.—this gorgeous property offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience.

Explore five acres of private yard and fields, a spring-fed pond stocked with trout for catch-and-release fishing, a hot tub, a yoga studio, a game room, and breathtaking views teeming with local wildlife.

The spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 22 guests, featuring rustic wood accents, stained-glass windows, and plenty of room for friends and family to unwind. The large, open kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, making it easy to create memorable meals while staying connected with your group.

Step outside to the covered deck and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as you take in the serene views. Wander down to the pond and unwind on the covered deck with Adirondack chairs—ideal for a refreshing swim or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings by a campfire. Explore the flower gardens and apple orchards for a touch of country charm, or find your zen in the finished barn room, thoughtfully designed as a yoga studio.

Beautiful property and house. Everything was so clean upon arrival. My group of 18 people had such a wonderful stay. The hot tub was great - it really gets up to high temperatures. The Pilates studio was a really nice amenity that my group made good use of. The provided yoga mats, blocks, and resistance bands are a nice touch. The kitchen provided any utensils needed for cooking. I can’t pick a favorite room in this house - they’re all very well laid out and decorated. The views are stunning, I feel so refreshed from this trip!

Large, comfortable, Great showers!

Home was large and comfortable. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Enjoyed using the giant dining table for meals and crafts. Kitchen had basically everything we needed to cook a few meals. It was nice to have coffee provided. The master bath shower was a whole experience and I think everyone used it at least once! The space could be improved if the wood stove was usable for guests. Also lacks some other cosy elements like lamps,throw blankets, books, puzzles -the loft would make a great little reading area or place to do puzzles with more furniture. Overall a great space for a big group. We very comfortably had 14 adults stay. Would love to come back in the fall to enjoy those views!

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.

Hot Tub Service: The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. We’ll notify you in advance. After servicing, please wait 30 minutes before using the tub to allow chemicals to circulate properly.
