The Space:

Inside, you'll find brand new furnishings, including a deluxe king memory foam bed and two TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Relax and unwind in the beautifully designed space, equipped with everything you need to feel at home.



Factory Flats boasts a prime location with a brewery on site, providing a great spot to enjoy local craft beers. You'll also have quick access to the James River, perfect for outdoor activities and scenic views. The apartment is walkable to downtown attractions, allowing you to explore the charming shops, restaurants, and sights of Buchanan with ease.

Car is required to get to Factory Flats, but there are many things walkable nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay. We will send this lease to you immediately after booking. Please message us if you are interested in reviewing this lease prior to booking.



Online check-in is required before arrival: photo ID of the primary guest (21+), verified; e-signed rental agreement; and a card on file. A refundable security deposit hold of $250 is placed on that card around arrival day and released after check-out. It is used only for documented damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations, with an itemized notice first. Door codes are sent once these steps are complete. No smoking or vaping ($500). No parties or extra guests ($1,000; unregistered guests $100/person/night). Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. Pet fee: please add your pet to the reservation before arrival (unregistered pets $250 plus fee). Late check-out without approval $30/hour. Exterior cameras and decibel-only noise monitors may be present; none inside units. Full rental terms come with your check-in link.
