Hermosa casa de 3 niveles frente al lago. Ven y disfruta de unas vacaciones familiares en el lago Hartwell. Mucho espacio para que varias familias compartan esta casa de 6 dormitorios y 5 baños con 2 master suites con camas King size y una habitación con literas con 3 literas (6 camas individuales). Totalmente proyectado en la cubierta posterior con zona de estar y comedor separados por una chimenea. Cocina totalmente equipada con hornos dobles, múltiples ollas de barro y un Keurig (solo traiga sus propias k-tazas). 2 refrigeradores grandes y una nevera para bebidas, así que trae todo lo que necesitas durante una semana. Muelle de tamaño máximo con áreas cubiertas y abiertas, 2 escaleras (una inclinada para facilitar su uso) y un banco a nivel del agua. Gran playa privada para excavar y construir castillos de arena. 2 kayaks disponibles para su uso. Muy cerca de Harbor Light Marina, donde puedes alquilar un bote o traer el tuyo y guardarlo en el muelle abierto. Mesa de futbolín, rompecabezas, juegos de mesa, toneladas de juguetes para niños, televisores PS-3 y 2 en caso de un día lluvioso. Las mascotas son bienvenidas, solo manténgalas fuera de las habitaciones y haga que permanezcan en el porche hasta que estén secas.

This was a beautiful home and the owners were very accessible. Lots of supplies (think preparing Thanksgiving dinner in someone elses kitchen)lol. SO VERY APPRECIATIVE !! There was an issue with the heat on the main level and it never came on fully. Despite their best efforts the owners were not able to remedy the situation- but this did not stop us. We made it work- and their positive attitude and their constant communication was appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The property is beautiful and perfect for a large family. The access to the dock was easy for my elderly father as we were able to use a golf cart to and from the dock. The location on the lake was perfect for access to the local marina. The kids enjoyed the beach along the property. Communication with the host was easy and she always responded promptly.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The property is absolutely beautiful if you're looking for a great getaway location on a lake. The patio fireplace was definitely put to good use. There was plenty of room for all family members aging in range from early 20's to mid 80's to spread out when needed and all come together too. It was a postcard Thanksgiving with perfectly fall colored leaves everywhere and deer walking through the yard. We saw one group of at least 10. Our young photographer in the family was in heaven. The Host recommended a local bakery and it did not disappoint! My family had a wonderful time and some plan to try to book the property at a later date if available. We would definitely return.

Lake house

This house was perfect for a family vacation sixteen people of all different ages with plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of water floats and and things for the lake and the covered dock was great. All had a great week

A great family getaway

Family Gathering

This was our first getaway since Covid. The property definitely met our expectations. The children absolutely enjoyed their stay. There were plenty of games for all ages. Even though the temperature was on the cool side they bravely jumped into the lake for a quick swim. We would love to spend time in the summer there.

Amazing Property

The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils. pots and pans, storage containers, etc. Complete with choices of spices too Plenty of dishwashing soap and towels. Wi-Fi was string enough for 2-3 of us to work when necessary. A/C worked well and kept the house cool. Family and friends enjoyed the dick and beach. Even the dog had a good time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lake getaway. Grocery stores within a 20 minute ride. Screened in porch was wonderful, as was the golf cart for going back and forth to the dock/beach.

Perfect place for family reunion

Our whole family loved everything about this property. The owners are very thoughtful in supplying things like chairs on their dock, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, a kitchen that has all the meal prep things you could need, games and toys for kids and much more. The layout of the house is great for a large family with multiple generations. We had an amazing time!

Annual Memorial Day get together

Lovely property (this is the second time that we have stayed here). We were here 2 years ago & the deck was being renovated & it looks wonderful. The only problem this year was the weather (cold for May!).

Thanksgiving destination

Amazing property. We have stay here before and when it was open when we were looking for a thankgiving get away to meet family, we didnt think twice about booking it. Alicia is great with communication and the property is perfect for a large group. And pet friendly. We were 15 strong plus the two dogs and there is plenty of room for everyone. Love this house and the lake access. Everything you need and more.

Wonderful home on a beautiful lake

Our large group of three generations had a great time in this wonderful lake home. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen has everything we needed to fix meals for the group. The lakefront is really perfect with a great dock for the kids and dogs to jump in and swim all day and a sand beach for the adults to relax on. The screen porch was perfect for after-dinner s'mores fixed in the stone fireplace.

Family vacation

Great week with extended family. Sixteen from 72-6 years. Beds very comfortable. Two refrigerators was a big plus. Path to lake paved. A little steep in one part but not bad. Used golf cart to transport coolers. Beach was fun for games. Location on lake was great….enough traffic to give us waves as we bobbed…dock had an extra slip for a boat and we tied up our second boat to the side with no problem. Owners very quick to address questions/concerns. Only suggestion would be to have a third trash receptacle or biweekly pickup. We tried not using paper plates so we could leave room for next renters but with 16 people, it was a lot of trash, especially when cleaning out fridge. Was easy to recycle cans at fire station. It was a great week in a great home and great location.

Family Vacation

This is the third year we have stayed at this house. It is perfect for large groups. There is something for everyone. Plenty of toys for the younger kids. A nice beach area that's shaded in the afternoons. An awesome dock that's great for fishing and jumping off of. A golf cart to get down to the water and back up. This house has it all. Very satisfied with this property.
