Our delightful villa is spacious and comfortable, providing everything you could need during your dream family vacation!
Located in a gated beachfront resort, the villa boasts magnificent views of the bay, mountains and sunsets, with a securely-fenced private pool.
Just walking distance to the quiet white-sand beach with clear waters and restaurants and a stunning shared pool by the beach, ideal for families with children. Your private paradise, just minutes drive to the town center!
The space
Our villa, Bali Grand View No.8 (BGV8), is a perfect spot for escaping the hustle and bustle of big cities and soaking up the sun in the lush tropical paradise with your family or friends. Here you’ll be also enjoying a year-round blooming garden with a BBQ area and private pool, all perfectly positioned for the amazing sunsets.
Things to note about utilities:
-Water at the villa is delivered by trucks; the first truck is included in the rental price and usually is enough for 1-2 weeks. Subsequent water trucks will be invoiced at 700 THB for 6,000 litres.
-Electricity will also be billed separately; the price for electricity at the Tong Son Bay Estate is 8 THB per unit plus 7% government tax at the time of publishing, but it is pegged to the official PEA rate and may be adjusted up or down accordingly by the estate managers without notice. Please ask if it's a concern.
Also please note that we installed new air conditioners in 2023.
-We also ask the guests for the security deposit of 300 USD in any currency in cash which is returned in full upon check out provided there is no damage and is most conveniently used to settle for utilities.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole villa, garden and pool, as well as the communal pool down by Tong Son Beach.
Guests will be provided with security passes for entry and exit to and from the estate.
The villa has a well-equiped kitchen, a JBL Bluetooth speaker for music and cable TV, as well as respectably-quick WiFi.
