Built in 1900, this is a large 8 bedroom home nestled in Savannah’s historic district, just four blocks from Forsyth Park with its fountains, shaded green spaces, and people-watching charm. You’ll also be within walking distance of unique shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Inside, modern updates blend seamlessly with timeless style. Each of the three first floor bedrooms is a suite with its own private bath. The primary suite includes a king bed and an accessible bathroom with a ramped entrance. The additional first floor bedrooms feature a king and a queen bed, both with en suite baths. Upstairs, each of the five bedrooms is a suite with its own private bath. Two of the rooms have full king-size beds, while two of the bedrooms feature a queen-size bed. The final bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds, making it great for children.
The living area offers two sleek sofas, cozy chairs, and a distinctive coffee table set, perfect for gathering with family and friends.
The chef’s kitchen features granite countertops, a central island with seating for eight, and high-end stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Stocked with all the essentials, it’s ideal for home cooking. Step outside to the private patio and fire up the grill for an alfresco meal.
