Martin Bay and Lakefront Express are minutes away and waiting for you. Built in 2022 this one of a kind property won’t disappoint whether you want to go jeeping on the beach, get your toes in the sand or put the boat on the water and enjoy Lake McConaughy! Imagine packing your sunscreen, toys, cooler and snacks and in less than a 10 minute drive having your boat in the water. You will absolutely love the open concept kitchen, huge bar and plenty of space for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, stemware pots and pans and everything you need to cook up a storm. The HUGE covered porch is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the lake with the most beautiful sunsets! This Lakeview home has 3 king beds Master bedroom is huge and I included a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. The family room also has two couches and room for the queen blower up bed. Enjoy the large covered porch view of the lake with corn hole and BBQ on the propane Weber grill, charcoal grill or Blackstone with beautiful sunsets.
The 2 bathrooms feature showers and hair dryers. The laundry room has washer and dryer with detergent for added comfort. We're happy to assist with special requests or services and answer any questions while you stay at our house

We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeview House. The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had everything we could have asked for. The amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and there was plenty of room for our entire group to relax without ever feeling crowded. One of our favorite features was the pickleball court in the shop-it was such a fun bonus and kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. Whether you are planning a getaway with family or friends, this property is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.Julie was an exceptional hostess!

My name is Julie and I grew up in Southeast Nebraska. Lake McConaughy was always our favorite family vacation and still is today. After 30 years of calling it a destination we made the decision to call it home. We love the convenience where we can pack up for the day and have our boat in the water in less than 10 minutes. I am very much into diet exercise, and holistic healing. For me walking, the beach is not only great exercise and therapeutic, but it’s a great way to get vitamin D while still being grounded.
I love to make sourdough bread that only does good things to your body. I’m willing to share not only my starter but I teach why you need fermented foods in your life and how to make sourdough bread as well. Just let me know in advance if you like to add this free service and you can make, bake and take an artisan loaf home with you. The best part of my life is my husband Joe. He takes care of the boats and loves to dive and always willing to captain to show families a great time. Collectively we have four children and three grandchildren. They come to visit us from Boulder, CO Lincoln and Omaha NE. We love seeing them enjoy the simple life of sand, water sports, fishing and lots of s’more! The only thing that could top this is to do it every weekend but life is busy. Opening our home as a VRBO was a long hard decision but we will love knowing someone else gets to enjoy what we love so very much.

We scoured the entire lake for three years trying to find the perfect home. The south side has beautiful views and close to golf courses. But we found the North side to fit our needs perfectly. Finding a 10 acre property where we can ride 4 wheelers, spread out and hookup our camper to 50 amp was first prize. Then to find it comes with beautiful views, 10 minutes to put our boat in the water at Martin Bay, 5 minutes to Jeep the 22 mile beach, 15 minutes to Safeway, 15 miles to Walmart,..I prefer Safeway are just a handful of reasons why we bought here. Being a Foodie, the kitchen and large bar give me plenty of room to cook up meals and make sourdough goodies. The home is beautiful with unbelievablle views.

Serenity. We are people people, but we sure enjoy having our space and no neighbors in our backyard.
