This 1-bedroom loft is a walk away from local dining spots, cafes, and small businesses. With easy access to public transit, you're a bus away from University of Washington, the light rail, and downtown Seattle.
ABOUT THIS SPACE
Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the livingroom with a spacious pull-out couch for a third guest. The room is complete with a TV and Roku setup for catching up on your favorite show and relaxing with a movie. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with two hot plates, a mini fridge and freezer, and a Keurig machine to fulfill your coffee needs. .
Walking up a shared staircase to another separate unit, the lofted bedroom is fully furnished with a spacious closet, a desk with fast WiFi, and a comfy queen-sized bed.
The unit itself is private and has its own keys to the first and second floors. There is a shared staircase that will be used to get between floors, which others will use to go to a seperate upper-unit. Please be mindful of their belongings throughout your stay.
Whether you're traveling for fun, visiting friends or family, or on a business trip, this home is relaxing for any occasion.

Guests will recieve an electronic guidebook detailing recommendations close to the loft unit. This unit is less than a mile away from cafes, restaurants, and small businesses located in Wallingford.
In addition it's easily accessible to the following:

**Downtown Seattle (4.5mi)
This is a great location for those needing to access: Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Meta, UW Medical Center, and Seattle Children's Hospital.

Quiet Hours: We ask that guests observe 9:00 pm to 7:00 am as a quiet time. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a low noise level to ensure everyone has a restful evening.
No Smoking: Our property is a "non-smoking" zone. Kindly no smoking of any kind inside and outside the house. There will be a $350 fine.
Keys: A lost or misplaced key will result in a $250 replacement fee.
