Welcome to your ideal Central Coast getaway!
Our freshly renovated 936 sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is just a 15-minute stroll from the shops, restaurants, and vibrant scene of downtown San Luis Obispo.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a smart TV with a Netflix account—plus other apps you can log into, an attached bathroom with a corner shower and hairdryer. You’ll also find a dresser, clothing rack, and luggage stand for your convenience.
The guest bedroom offers a spacious king bed, a smart TV, and a dresser. The adjacent hall bathroom includes a deep bathtub with a shower for a relaxing soak. Enjoy soft water throughout the home thanks to the built-in soft water system.
The cozy living room boasts a large smart TV, board games, and a dining table for four guests. It opens into a spacious kitchen equipped with a 36-inch gas range, Keurig coffee machine, air fryer, and toaster—everything you need to prepare meals with ease.
Pass through the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Step outside to the private patio with a BBQ grill—perfect for dining or unwinding in the California sunshine.
Just a 5-minute walk from BreadBike Bakery, SloDoCo, Nautical Bean and High Street Deli, you’ll enjoy easy access to some of the best local bites and fresh baked goods. As your hosts, we will be in a separate unit located at the rear of the property that has its own private entrance. Please note the driveway and garage are for our personal use only. The patio is sectioned off from the garage for your privacy.
Street parking is readily available in front of the property on Beebee Street.***Important***: Please do not pull into the driveway as the approach is quite steep and may cause your bumper to hit.
Please note the bedrooms do face the neighbors driveway. You will hear the occasional car driving past but they are quiet otherwise. The bedrooms have top down, bottom up window shades for added privacy.
