We really enjoyed our stay but there’s a few things… 1. When we arrived there was crumbs left in the bunk beds and the pull out couch in the living room. 2. When we arrived there was trash under the bunk beds and the bed upstairs. 3. When we arrived there was stains on every sheet in the bunk bed room. The host apologized and is going to inform the housekeepers.4. The hot tub took 8 hours to reach temperature. The host said it would take 4.5. The house sleeps 10. That’s a lot of people. A lot of trash. We ran out of trash space in the cage quickly. The host is taking our suggestion into consideration. 6. I know it may sound silly but we were searching for a pair of scissors the whole trip.The host appreciated our suggestion and is adding a pair into the home. These are all easy fixes. So, no problem. Just a little upsetting knowing the cleaning fee we paid before even entering the home. A few things we loved… 1. The pictures were accurate. It’s a really beautiful home.2. The game room was a hit. As well as the loft. 3. The hot tub and the swings were a family favorite. 4. The view was beautiful. We were also happy to get to see some bears. 5. Not a bad drive from the house to Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. 6. The communication between the guest and host was excellent.
