Kick back in this 1970s Scout camp-themed cabin with the best views in the area! Enjoy sunsets every night, toast marshmallows at the fire pit, relax in the hot tub, enjoy one of the three spacious decks, and soak in the views from each bedroom and the living space. Rest up in each of the comfortable bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen or on our grill porch with a view. Head into town, just a short 7-minute drive to all downtown Sylva has to offer. We have sweeping, multi-layer mountain views from the main open-concept living spaces and primary lofted bedroom. Mountain views from each additional bedroom as well. The primary bedroom is on the top floor with a king-size Beautyrest Black mattress and private bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity, walk-in closet, and separate water closet. The primary bedroom also features a private screened porch on the back of the house with mountain views.
Each of the other two bedrooms on the main level features queen-sized, high-quality mattresses (Beautyrest Black and Serta iComfort Pro), private en-suite bathrooms, closets, and mountain views. Every bedroom has blackout drapery and ceiling fans for comfort.
The family room is open to the kitchen and dining area with huge, lofted tongue and groove ceilings, surround sound, a large Google TV, games, plenty of comfortable seating, and incredible mountain views.
The kitchen is perfect for a home chef with high-end appliances (induction range and double oven!), all of the cooking equipment you could need, and plenty of counterspace on the quartz countertops.
The dining area comfortably seats 6 with two additional bar seats at the island in the adjoining kitchen. Mountain views from the dining space cannot be beat.
Our two-level deck features a grill porch, comfortable outdoor seating and dining on the top level, and a hot tub and swing on the lower level. In our fenced yard, you have access to the Solo Stove Smokeless firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs for s'mores with an incredible view.
