Espectacular vista Estate a 5 minutos

Esta es una propiedad única y espectacular de 12 acres con vista ubicada en el corazón de la región vinícola de Dry Creek / Lytton Springs. A solo 5 minutos del centro de Healdsburg. Esta finca de viñedos y ranchos tiene todo. La piscina y el jacuzzi están rodeados de una gran losa con grandes vistas del monte. Santa Helena, cancha de bochas de tamaño completo, pozo de fuego al aire libre con 32 altavoces a través de todas las áreas exteriores e interiores de la propiedad. Gran patio con vistas panorámicas permite el espacio perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar. Un montón de muebles de exterior para salón y sombrillas para sombra si así lo desea.
Recientemente remodelado, este hogar de 5 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños (4 cuartos completos y 1 medio baño de polvo) está bien diseñado para fluir de la vida interior a la exterior. (Hay 5 camas. 6 si cuenta la cama extraíble. 1 cama king en master, 2 reinas en habitaciones separadas, 2 gemelas en una habitación (son literas) y una cama extra grande extraíble en el sofá la quinta habitación extra / sala de bonificación fuera del maestro). Una de las habitaciones queen es una unidad privada con una entrada independiente al exterior a la que se puede acceder desde la cocina en la casa principal. Las puertas plegables de Nana abren toda la sala de estar al espacio exterior, que también tiene calentadores de 35,000 BTU para su disfrute si hace frío por la noche. Y una gran barbacoa. La sala tiene un viejo piano Baby Grand Steinway. (modelo A - ¡llaves de marfil reales!)
¡La cocina está diseñada para cocinar y entretenerse! Con 3 refrigeradores separados (uno designado solo para vino), 6 hornallas, 3 lavaplatos Bosch separados, 2 hornos Miele, 2 fregaderos ... Una cocina completamente surtida completa con un conjunto completo de 27 piezas de ollas y sartenes totalmente revestidas, licuadora grande KitchenAid, cafetera grande KitchenAid, etc., etc. Todo lo que uno necesita para maximizar adecuadamente la experiencia culinaria mientras está allí.
Hay altavoces conectados a un sistema Sonos que se pueden controlar a través de un iPhone. El wifi de alta velocidad (10mps) está en toda la casa. Además de New HD Smart TV (con Dish) con todos los canales premium.

Esta propiedad especial lo tiene todo y está a solo minutos del centro de la ciudad de Healdsburg (que tiene algunos de los mejores restaurantes de todos los valles de Sonoma y Napa).

Fantastic stay in the wine country

This is a stunning property with virtually every amenity you can ask for, including pool, spa, gourmet kitchen, children’s play area, bocce ball court, Steinway piano, guitar and banjo Conveniently located next to Ridge Winery in Dry Creek Valley, this home is well maintained and expertly managed. The landscaping and gardens of the property are gorgeous, as are the views of the rolling hills of planted vineyards and the distant mountain range. I would absolutely return with family or friends the next time I visit Sonoma.

Wonderful house with incredible grounds and view!

We absolutely loved our stay until we unfortunately had to leave because of the fires. The house and grounds were perfect for our family, and the pool was an absolute treat in hot weather. We'll definitely be back some day!

Spectacular Property

We highly recommend this property. My family spent a wonderful 10 days having a great time at the pool while relaxing looking at the beautiful views of the vineyards and the mountains. You are nestled among the vineyards with incredible views and you can not see your neighbors. The house is beautiful and immaculately furnished. We are looking forward to spending another vacation at the property.

Beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time in this house. The house had everything. We were very comfortable. It was perfect for the group. We enjoyed the hot tub even in the rain. We loved the outdoor patio...it rained most of the time. We would love to come back!

We stayed at this home with family and friends and everyone had a great time. The grounds are beautiful and being right next door to Ridge Vineyards was very convenient. Kids loved the playground and pool.

Beautiful property, great for children and adults.

Very comfortable, nice decor, quiet, close to downtown Healdsburg. Nice amenities. Beautiful view. The house was perfect for our 5 year old granddaughter with the pool and playground. Also, it was perfect for entertaining family and friends. We had a chef cook one evening for 12 guests for a seated dinner indoors and outdoors. The house will accommodate 14 people for a seated dinner. A wonderful experience for all.

Absolutely stunning in every way possible!

I stayed here with a group of girlfriends over 4th of July Weekend. This house had everything we needed... from spacious bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen, outdoor patio furniture for a bbq dinner, incredible vineyard views while lounging in the pool and hot tub, and fire pit for s'mores, this home is an absolute MUST to stay at. Each girl said they would definitely book this home for a future stay. All of the amenities are incredibly easy to use and directions come with how to use everything: speakers, spa, bbq, fire pit, AC, TV, ; making our stay more simpler than ever! The Property Manager and Owner of the home were great to communicate with through email and also very flexible with our needs.

Paradise for a bachelorette weekend

This was the perfect home for a memorable bachelorette party weekend with a dozen girls. From the location to the views to the equipped kitchen to the pool, it was a winner all around. With the exception of a few hours at a local winery, we stayed at the house for the festivities and it more than accommodated all the fun. We hired a chef to cook one night and ate al fresco, overlooking a stunning sunset. We brought pool toys and happily endured the heat from the awesome pool. We picnicked on the lawn. There was plenty of space for everything we needed and no one had to sleep on the floor. No one wanted to leave and I'd most definitely come back again.

Superior House and location

High five for Lytton Rd house. My 3 generation family has rented luxury houses in several locations in CA for family holidays. This house nailed our expectations. Spacious, comfortable, and outstanding location. Glorious yard/pool area, well suited for small fry and adult needs. Tasteful interior, generous amenities; property mgr handled our needs promptly. I recommend the extra cost for heating the pool.

Exceeds expectations!

Rarely does a rental property look better in person than in the pictures, but such is the case with this home. It has absolutely everything one could ask for in a vacation home in wine country - lots of great space for entertaining and unparalleled views and amenities. It would be my distinct pleasure to stay here again.

2nd time staying here and it keeps getting better!

This is a very special spot in the wine country and an amazing property that has everything: pool/hot tub, bocce ball, play structure and big, nice lawn, fire pit, Sonos inside and outside the home. It's at the top of the hill and is very private and peaceful with lovely views of the vineyards and mountains. Sunset here is magical, and we highly recommend taking advantage of the BBQ & huge kitchen and outdoor dining area for a nice meal at the home. Just minutes to downtown, close to wineries, but feels blissfully remote. The owners and property manager are also friendly and helpful. The first time we stayed here was for my mother's birthday with three generations of family members, and the next time was a reunion of close friends and both groups raved about the experience.

Amazing House with Picturesque Wine Country Views

We rented this property for my parents and family for a wedding weekend. Great location a short drive to downtown Healdsburg and next door to Ridge (one of our favorite wineries). The house is situated on a large piece of property with an unbeatable back yard- pool, large lawn, bocce, playground, and AMAZING wine country views. The house is very well appointed and has all the comforts of home. The owner and manager were great - both very accommodating and responsive throughout the rental process. I know my family and I will be back here!

Fabulous Property - Perfect!

We just returned from a wonderful weekend celebrating my sister's upcoming wedding. This house is gorgeous and was perfectly appointed with every amenity we needed during our stay. The views are amazing, and the location is very convenient. We had a group of 11 ranging from 2 years to 70 years old, and we were all comfortable and happy in the space. There was something for everyone: pool, piano, bocce ball, play area, fire pit, gardens, and several dining and relaxation spaces both inside and out. The property manager is also very responsive to all needs - everything was pleasant and easy. I can't express enough how highly I recommend this property!

This was a beautiful spot - really stunning views and right next door to a few wineries. The house was in great shape, and had all the amenities you would want for a fun weekend. We went up with seven people (plus a 2-year old), and had plenty of room.

A beautiful home, in a very convenient location

We stayed here at the end of September, during the harvest/crush season. While it was a bit too cool to get much use out of the beautiful pool, we ate at the outdoor dining table and enjoyed a number of games of bocce in the magnificent outdoor space. The home is very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a baby grand piano for the musically inclined. The location, in the middle of a vineyard, was still only 10 minutes from downtown Healdsburg and close to many wineries. The owners and their property manager were accessible. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Hi Everyone, we are easy going people who want you to have a pleasant and memorable time. This home is beautiful and built for memories and a fun time. The piano is a special touch, but everything from the kitchen to the pool and the yard are just perfect.
