Step inside the main house and enjoy expansive, open living spaces designed for connection and relaxation. The main level features a custom chef’s kitchen that flows seamlessly into the spacious living and dining areas, offering panoramic views of Canandaigua Lake. This inviting space is complete with a cozy electric fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the water. From here, step out onto the sprawling deck to savor outdoor dining or simply take in the stunning lake views with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
The lower level is designed for entertainment and comfort. Here, you’ll find a stylish bar area, a large lounge with a plush sectional sofa, a second big-screen TV, and another electric fireplace for cozy nights in.
