Seaside Serenity: Walk to the Beach, Cart to Golf, Litchfield in Pawleys Island
This lovely beach home is conveniently located across the street from Huntington Beach State Park and situated in a quaint neighborhood. Guests will be just over a half-mile from beautiful North Litchfield Beach, 1.2 miles from Litchfield By The Sea and only 2.5 miles from Tradition Golf Course. Access everything from the included (FREE) golf cart. Just hop on a bike (we have 6 bikes you can use) or grab the golf cart for a cruise to the beach. Ride or walkt the Waccamaw Neck Trail, connecting Pawleys Island and Murrells Inlet, all just steps away from the front door. We also share our Litchfield By The Sea pass for community pools and additional amenities that LBTS has to offer - ALL included with our house.
The split floor plan is great for entertaining groups or family gatherings. The upstairs features an open concept living space with attached kitchen and dining, suited with granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank and stainless appliances. The dining area leading out to a screened in deck with a gas grill. The primary suite is upstairs with a beautiful walk-in shower, huge walk-in closet and comfy king size bed.
Downstairs are two additional guest bedrooms, with a queen bed in one and two twins in the other, which share a large full bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a another living area and large TV with a full size sleeper sofa. The design allows for two areas in the home for varied interests, entertainment and sleeping needs. Both living area also leads to an outdoor patio.
Such a great place to come for the beach or play a few rounds of golf and any of the excellent courses that are RIGHT HERE! We look forward to having you stay with us.

I’m from Cincinnati originally, but have been in Pawleys Island full time for almost 2 years. I love it here!!! Its so fun driving to the beach in the golf cart and LBTS and even the grocery store. Helps me have a "Staycation" mindset and relax. The house is less than 2 minutes to the beach, There is so much to do here. I love to golf and spend time with friends. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do!

I used to vacation regularly in Pawleys Island before moving here. I would typically stay at Litchfield By The Sea ( LBTS). Being a walker, I would walk the beautiful grounds every day! One day, I decided to break out of LBTS and discovered the neighborhood just North. I couldn’t believe my eyes, I said to myself,”I’m going to live here some day"... and here I am! I have another place here too. So when it's just me I'm over there. When my family or friends come I block off the dates and we fully enjoy this house. Such a fun place and location.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The home is the split floor plan with two living spaces and two deck/patios. Many of the families that have visited are multi-generational. We often have the grandparents, children and grandchildren come and stay together. There are two separate TV viewing areas, to accommodate everyone. The primary is on the upper level with the kitchen and main living and the other guest rooms are on the ground level. The house is just off the bike trail which makes getting around by bike a reality here. Oh, they house comes with bikes. Don't bother to rent them. I highly recommend a bike ride on the trail thru Huntington State Park. As I have previously mentioned, my favorite thing is exploring every nook and cranny of North Litchfield and LBTS on the golf cart. You can't take the cart on the bike trail but you can zip through neighborhood and go almost anywhere (Not on Hwy 17). I don't charge you extra to use the golf cart. You just need to take care of it and follow the laws, rules and common sense. You will love N Litchfield.
