Welcome to 24 26th Avenue, a 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath vacation home, located in the heart of Isle of Palms. This recently renovated home is cheerful and bathed in sunshine. You will surely be spending plenty of time lounging in the private pool, practicing your golf skills on your very own putting green or dining alfresco on the large screened in porch. There’s also plenty of room to spread out in the upper and lower living areas. If you need to stay in touch with work, there's a quit home office.

Living Area:
An expansive great room that includes a living room, dining area and open kitchen is the perfect spot for the whole family to hang out. On the upper level, there’s an additional living area that’s perfect for gathering to watch a movie. All of the living areas overlook the sparkling pool so you can keep an eye on the kids.
Kitchen:
The kitchen design is modern and sleek, with plenty of counter space. The fully equipped kitchen, includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher and is open to the great room. There are 5 bar stools so everyone can stay connected with the chef.

First Floor
1) King primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that includes a separate shower and soaking tub. There’s even a towel warmer.
Second Floor
2) King bedroom with ensuite bath that includes a shower
3) Queen bedroom shares a hallway bath with a tub/shower combination
4) two sets of twin over full bunk beds that shares a hallway bath with a tub/shower combination

There are 2 ensuite baths, I shared bathroom and 1 half bath. They’re all recently updated and include towels and toiletries.
