Las características incluyen: piscina privada con muebles de piscina y cerca de privacidad que rodea todo el patio trasero, ducha de playa al aire libre, terraza grande en el segundo piso, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora, televisión por cable, WiFi, ventiladores de techo en cada habitación, parrilla de gas al aire libre , y una mesa de billar de tamaño reglamentario a medida se encuentra entre el comedor y la sala de estar. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place to stay with easy beach access. Kind of basic place, but plenty of room for all 13 of us. The beds were comfortable, the couch was not. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a crowd. The pool looked fun but not heated for winter. We enjoyed staying here and would stay here again.

House had plenty of space for a large family and super access to the beach. My only complaint is very minor. I'd like to see more shelf space and towel hooks in the bathrooms. I'd highly recommend the house to anyone and I'd highly recommend Island Realty. I've used them probably 15 times and never had an issue one time.

Amazing Stay!

This was a great place for my family to stay. We were in SC for a family wedding. The location was perfect, right on the beach & the house had everything we needed - it was exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has seven bedrooms and we needed them all. The second floor living room, dining room, kitchen area was our gathering place. We used the backyard a bit during the day. The first night we cooked on the outdoor grill. I enjoy an outdoor shower and this place has one. The younger people in our group walked to the bars and restaurants. Beach access is directly in front of this property. The kitchen had what we needed. We called Island Realty for more towels and they provided them promptly. My entire group had only positive things to say about the house. I highly recommend it!

Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious however the bathrooms could use a makeover. Pool is very nice, need a new table for the pool area. Front porch is very spacious but gets very hot when sun in shining on you. May need a roof or some umbrellas for that. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

There is no light over one dining table and an ineffective one in the wrong place for the other. Bedrooms lack a bedside table and light in many instances. There are no chairs in bedrooms and the small ones have only beds. Upgrading of the lighting and bedrooms would make the property much more agreeable.

Just okay but needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well after being stuck on Rt 26 for an extra 1.5 hours due to an accident we finally arrived at the house. We took the dogs out back and step in dog poop, look around and we cleaned up 6 piles of poop before picking up all the Corona bottle tops. Then no tv or WiFi, we called the next day (saturday) as it was after 5pm, the rental company sent someone out and fixed it. Even though we weren’t able to figure out how to get some stations. My wife cleaned up the downstairs bathroom caused it smelled like urine. The windows must have been cleaned with floor cleaner or something cause they were very noticeably streaked, wife cleaned that. I pulled out a cup for water and it was dirty, dried on leftover soda inside it, some cups were stacked wet, which leads to mold, so we went ahead and rewashed a set of dishes, silverware and cups we would use for the week since it was only 2 of us. We’ve rented this exact house 3 times and as much as we liked that the appliances had been replaced (probably because the older appliances were old and needed to be replaced). But the place isn’t really updated anymore at all. The bathtub hadn’t been rinsed out and my wife almost slipped and fell, so she recleaned and rinsed that out. Still mold in garage and downstairs is smelling old and musty. The realty company has always been quick to address any matters over the years but this place needs updating especially for the price. The pool guy told me it’s normally the owners that stay vs tourists. You would think they would want to repair small issues if they use it more frequently. We won’t be staying at this house anymore.

Family vacation rental dream

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time staying at this property. This time we did have a few issues. The fridge was not making ice and the pool kept getting cloudy and the filter didn't run correctly. Maintenance dropped off a counter top ice maker and sent the pool company out several times. Everyone came pretty quick and tried to rectify the issues. None if these things made our vacation any less fun. I would highly recommend this property and Island Realty.

Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was in good condition. The dishwasher did not work well. ( soap container did not open). There was mold in the shower in the bathroom on the upper floor. The washer and dryer are not in a good place. Very noisy. Needed a rug at downstairs door when coming in from the pool. Needed a few umbrellas on the front porch. There were outlets in the dining area that did not work. The maintenance people were prompt and helpful.

Good location but shows wear

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year in a row staying here. Right Across the street from beach access, but there’s s beach access every 4-5 houses, so very convenient, 1/2 mile from the beachfront area restaurants. Last year we were thinking it’s in middle of renovation since nice updated bathrooms down stairs and one upstairs. The other bath between rooms is 1960’s looking, closet doors haven’t been fixed in over 2 yrs or more. Mismatched Old furniture everywhere but the biggest negative fir us this year was the lack of cleanliness. Glass table top in front of L couch was sticky and not even wiped off, food debris in the edge track, wood floors not swept or wiped up from spilled drinks. Close to half the kitchen utensils, knives and forks had stuck on food. Cutting knives were dull, cutting boards need to be tossed, we found 2 glass bowls we forgot and left last year. We left them again as the kitchen needs them. Lack of food containers for leftovers. It gets busy on the weekends when the local college crowd comes to the beach. We enjoyed IOP fir 2 yrs but the lack of cleanliness this last time will push us to vacation elsewhere.
