This open-concept coastal retreat makes the most of its bayfront location. The home features three unique sleeping areas designed with comfort and privacy in mind:

A partitioned queen sleeping space with a Smart TV, soft linens, room-darkening curtains and amazing views. This area also offers a wardrobe and desk for a relaxing workspace.

A bunk area with built-in storage, outlets at both levels to stay plugged in, and incredible water views from both bunks — perfect for kids or friends, or just a midday nap.

A brand-new queen sleeper sofa offers a comfortable memory foam mattress, perfect for extra guests or a cozy movie night. We’re happy to have it set up and made in advance for your late-night arrival at no extra cost—just let us know a few days ahead.

To make your stay comfortable, the home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need: Google Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a full bathroom with washer and dryer.

The living room’s coastal-themed décor creates a comfortable place to unwind after a day on the water. Step outside to the balcony and soak in sweeping views of the bay. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails — watch shrimp boats return with the day's catch, spot seabirds gliding overhead, or enjoy people-watching as locals fish, boat, ski, and jet ski nearby.

Beneath the house, kick back and embrace true lazy days in the shaded carport area. Sway in the hammock with a good book, fire up the grill for a fresh seafood cookout, or gather around the outdoor dining table for meals with a view. Challenge friends and family to a game of cornhole, or wander down to the picnic table at the water’s edge for an evening drink as the sun dips below the horizon. The pier is about a 100' walk from the house. For your convience, we provide a wagon for carrying gear to the pier.
