The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The issues we had were with the property. 1) The leasing staff was less than helpful with our early check in request to check into the room or store our luggage for our arrival before the check in time. 2) Neither the private theater or teen game room (which were part of the reason that we chose this property) were available and we were not informed before our stay that we would be unable to use them. 3) No food or beverages were available for purchase by the pool. When we wanted to purchase snacks, meals or drinks, we had to go next door to Margaritaville.4) The hot water didn't work in the master bathroom.

Sharon, thank you for your feedback, however, I want to clarify your concerns for our future guests:
1) As we mentioned multiple times to you, there was a same day check out for this condo and we were unable to accommodate an early check in because it was being cleaned. You called us every 15 minutes to ask the same question and unfortunately an early check in was not an option. 2) The game room is available to all guests and the theatre room requires a quick reservation with the front desk but all guests are always welcome. 3) The Sapphire are privately owned condos, not a hotel. No where on our site is there anything stating we sell meals/snacks. All guests are welcome to take their own items to the pool. 4) We appreciate you letting us know, maintenance checked it and the handle needed to be tightened and is working well.
We strive to provide every guest with an exceptional experience and work to ensure everything is prepared to the highest standards. At times, however, there may be circumstances outside of our control.
These are beautiful, privately owned condominiums that we, as owners, are pleased to share with our guests.
