Nicely equipped condo with a great view

Condo was nice and was supplied with plenty of dishes, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. There were a decent amount of beach chairs and plenty of beach towels available for use. The view was spectacular! The complex was pretty dead when we were there and the restaurant was only open until 2:00 pm during the week.

Always a great stay!

Stayed for a lovely 5 days at this property. Teens loved the balcony at night and we loved our stay overall. This is the second time to rent this particular condo and we enjoy it each time. It’s well stocked with beach toys and kitchen supplies. The super comfy couch is always a plus!!

Great stay!

This unit is fantastic! Very clean, modern and more amenities than we expected in that the kitchen is TRULY fully stocked and some beach items were there available for our use (boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, etc). My only knock on the property is that the building is a bit weathered - the elevator didn't work on move-out day and the door to the unit is a bit tricky. Other than that, beautiful deck/view, great pool area and easy access to the beach! We'd visit again and pick this great unit in an easy to get to location!

Perfect Place!

We spent four nights and it was wonderful (even with rain on two days.). The condo has outstanding views and location is right on. We had not been to SPI in nearly 20 years, many changes and so nice to have this beautiful condo to stay in. Great trip even with the rainy weather!!

Quick Family Gathering

Two families, 4 adults and 4 kids. This property was fantastic for 8 people. The advertised description matched what we experienced at the property. With 8 of us in a condo, we never felt cramped. The kitchen was fully stocked any anyone's requirements. There was not a shortage of towels. The property owners were very quick to respond to a minor question that we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely Beautiful

Our stay at Cynthia and Gus’s place was incredible. We had a group of 11 with a very wide range of ages (6 years old to 70+ years old) and everyone had an amazing time! The views are breathtaking, the kitchen was very convenient and you can’t beat the short walk to the beach. The property was easy to get to and everyone at the resort was accommodating and friendly!

Perfect stay for a family who wants to do their own thing!!

No one bothered us or was loud or came up with ridiculous rules about masks or anything! It was very peaceful! Very clean! And really the property was right on the beach and condo was exactly what advertised! Also they gave toilet paper and trash bags and stuff that other condos are such cheapos on! A great condo owner that knows what families need!!

Best Birthday Celebration Ever!!!

The condo was simply amazing!! Exactly as pictured, extremely roomy, beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything you need or think you would need. The location is mere steps from the ocean. Beautifully wrap around balconies with ocean views on one side,pool views on the other. There is also a restaurant and bar on the property as well. We definitely plan on returning and soon!!

Well-arranged condo enhanced our beach trip

This condo is a veteran for beach visitors - clean, pretty, relevant accessories we didn't pack ourselves but which were great to have there, including some beach gear that the kids ended up using all day. Short boardwalk to the beach and chairs and umbrellas set up by the Peninsula staff. Overall it was a great no-hassle trip thanks to the well thought-out arrangements at this condo. Thank you Cynthia and Gus.

Good things: it was clean. Beach chairs came in handy.Annoyances: bath tub in master was a nightmare to use. Rugs were horrid. Cheap and they curled up towards the end so I don’t know how many times we tripped over them. Dangerous…. Towels and sheets and blankets reaked of overpowering laundry detergent. The entire house smelled like chemical laundry detergent. Good thing we brought our own air purifier but it was not big enough for the entire house. I was constantly sneezing. We had to go buy our own towels and bring our own sheets because the detergent was over powering. At 11am we got locked out of our condo with a 2 year old. ( our check out was for 1pm) Luckily we were helped but it still gave me an unnecessary panic attack. House run down. Mattress terrible. My husband had to sleep on the chair. I don’t understand why these places can’t invest in a decent master bedroom mattress. It was like sleeping on cardboard. I woke up with terrible back and neck pain daily. I guess we should have brought our own mattress too.

5 star condo 3 star resort

Condo was exceptional and host was easily available for questions. Newer furniture and linens were an unexpected treat. Morning view of sunrise from the master was beautiful. The resort is definitely starting to show some aging and needed repairs. Hot tubs not working, post beach showers not working. Swim up pool bar never staffed. Spa not open. 8am blasting of really bad 80s pop music. My husband and I were in our 20s in the 80s and we laughed that they picked the worst songs from that era. The noise level wouldn’t have been so annoying if it was beach music or even some Texas country. If I were the hosts I’d work with the resort on these issues because otherwise they have a 5+ condo.

Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean!

My family and I absolutely loved this condo! It was so spacious and gorgeous. The wrap around balcony was amazing, and the indoor space was large enough for all of us to comfortably make dinner then settle in for a movie on the huge television. The only problem we had with the condo was that the dryer was not working, so I had to cart the wet clothes to the other building. The owner was going to send someone to look at it but it was nearing the end of the day. The other issue had to do with the resort itself. We were not aware that the parking was a bit of a walk if one were getting groceries, luggage, etc. The resort staff were sometimes available to give rides on the golf carts. Also, the hot tubs did not work in either pool which was a little disappointing. The condo itself, though, was perfect...we would definitely stay there again!

Location of this property is unbeatable. Right next to a lovely pool and just 50 yards to the beach: Perfect!!! The condo is spacious and well-organized. Our family fit quite well with 7 children! The host was available and responsive to any inquires. We highly recommend this condo!

Nice Stay in SPI

Overall our stay was nice. Nice location, pool and most importantly easy access to beach. It was spacious and clean. It provided beach chairs, cart to haul stuff to beach and even some beach toys for kids. There was a couple of minor maintenance issues, nothing critical. The only complaint was the cost, but I suppose most rentals are pricey these days.

3 bedrooms on the gulf

This condo was just as pictured. Not only was it a great location, the unit was spacious and comfortable. The wrap around deck was awesome, as was the ease of beach access. The parking lot is a fair ways away so do drive up to drop of people and thing before parking. The exterior/property is showing some wear but that appears to be due to the extra rough nature of the beach environment. The inside of the condo was in great shape. There were lots of thoughtful extras - a beach wagon, lots of towels, and beach toys. This is a great spot for a larger group or a small one that wants to have lots of space.

The condo itself was very spacious which was something i was looking for. Its modern, nicely decorated and very clean. It has open kitchen, with open dining and living room space which i loved. This condo has ocean and pool view as well which was fantastic and is walking distance to the beach. Everthing was working fine no problem what so ever. It is exactly as the pictures shared by the owners. I will definetely stay here again and will highly recommend and share my experience! We had alot of fun in this property, Thank you, Gus and Cynthia!
