Plus, enjoy the privacy of a fenced-in outdoor area and the convenience of a private driveway that fits 2 cars.
The Space:
Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a stunning, bright living room with comfortable seating and a queen sofa sleeper. The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly into a large, fully stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for 6, perfect for meals together. There are also 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. A convenient half bath and laundry area are located on this level, so you don’t have to worry about running up and down the stairs.
Upstairs Layout:
Primary Bedroom: To the left, the spacious primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a full private bath with a glass shower.
Guest Bedroom: On the right, the guest bedroom also includes a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bath with a shower/tub combo.
Loft Area: A cozy twin bunk bed in the loft area offers additional sleeping space.
All bedrooms and the loft are equipped with smart TVs, so you can easily stream your favorite shows and movies.

Private, fenced-in outdoor space perfect for relaxing
Driveway: Fits 2 cars comfortably, with no street parking available
This neighborhood does have a tiger transit stop. Please note that it does not run on game days.
