This beautifully remodeled 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is the perfect blend of modern comfort and spacious living. With room for up to 12 guests, it's ideal for families, groups, or those seeking a fully furnished rental to call home for a bit. Nestled in the highly sought-after Briargate neighborhood, this home offers incredible value, sweeping views of Colorado's natural beauty, and the convenience of being close to everything you need. Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended visit, this home gives you the space, comfort, and location that makes it the best choice in Colorado Springs.
The Living Space
Step inside to find an inviting main level featuring gleaming hardwood floors, a cozy living room with a large sectional and smart TV, a stylish dining area with fireplace, and a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counterspace. The open-concept design makes it easy to entertain or simply relax together.
Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms, including the spacious master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bath complete with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Three additional queen bedrooms (one includes a desk to allow for a workspace) and a full bathroom with dual vanity and shower/tub combo complete this level.
Downstairs, the finished basement offers even more space with two additional queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, a second living room with smart TV and mini fridge, plus a convenient laundry area.

- Home is equipped with Central AC and Heat keeping the home comfortable year round!
- Pet Friendly! There is a $75 pet fee per pet, with up to two pets allowed. Please pick up after your pet to avoid additional charges.
- This home is backed up to Rangewood Rd and when outside in the backyard the traffic can be heard. When inside the home, the sound from traffic is not bad.
- Two cars can park inside the 2-car garage and 2-3 cars in the driveway.
- We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels!
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
