Este elegante apartamento de 3 dormitorios tiene, sin duda, una de las mejores posiciones orientadas al norte en la playa de Cowes. Con impresionantes vistas del embarcadero de Cowes y la isla francesa más allá, está ubicado céntricamente entre los cafés, restaurantes y el área de compras de Cowes, con una hermosa playa de la bahía justo al otro lado de la carretera. El apartamento cuenta con un área abierta de sala / comedor y cocina, con pisos modernos de madera flotante y se abre a una gran terraza soleada con orientación norte.

El dormitorio principal tiene su propia terraza privada y cuenta con un baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y WIR. También cuenta con otros dos dormitorios con BIR, un segundo baño con ducha y bañera, lavandería separada (con lavadora y secadora) y un tocador.

El enorme balcón tiene una barbacoa de gas y asientos al aire libre para 8 personas, estacionamiento seguro bajo techo, ascensor para acceder al apartamento, calefacción y refrigeración con calentadores separados en las habitaciones, fuego de efecto de llama montado en la pared en la sala de estar, grandes televisores de pantalla plana de 55 "en La sala de estar y el dormitorio principal con reproductores de DVD para su disfrute.

Sal por la puerta principal y pasea por tiendas y restaurantes. Prepare una tormenta en la barbacoa, mientras se relaja y disfruta de las vistas al agua. Acceso en silla de ruedas a la propiedad.

Relájese y disfrute de una barbacoa familiar en su propio balcón mientras contempla la playa.

También disfrute de un chapuzón en la PISCINA INTERIOR o un SPA, que se calienta solo durante las vacaciones escolares.

Views, Beach, Central to everything

Our first impression exceeded our expectations. We loved walking into the kitchen/living and taking in the wonderful view. The teenagers loved walking across the road to the beach and up the street to explore shops and cafes. The accommodation is secure - having the second set of keys was vital. The bedrooms have loads of storage and the kitchen was well stocked with everything a cook needs. We appreciated the range holiday reading and board games. The a/c and fans were appreciated, as were the clothes-horse for wet towels and the washing facilities. We bought our own beach towels but noticed this was also provided by our hosts. Communication also exceeded expectations. Lynn was proactive and responsive. Thank you for our lovely holiday in Cowes.

Beautiful Spacious Apartment With Stunning views

Awesome place to stay. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. Even coloring things and heaps of games and puzzles for the kids. Thanks to Matt for the brand new bbq installed. Perfect for families

This is a great property in a superb location. Really spacious, feels like a house. You can walk to all the main shops and beach, run downstairs for cafe and great coffees. Lots of extras such as towels, games, dvds. Really good for teenagers as they can spread out inside, or wander to the shops. We had a great time and would recommend! Hosts were really friendly and helpful.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! BRILLIANT!!!

Perfect place to stay. Matt & Lynn were great to communicate with. Very friendly and helpful. From the initial questions, to booking, to arrival was very easy. The place was spotless, had everything you need, and perfect size for our fam of 6 plus 1. You can't get any better location either....... perfect place to stay and relax and take in the beautiful views on that great deck :) Thank you for a great family vacay :)

Comforts of home with amazing views

Communication and help from Matt and Lynn was very appreciated because of the help and advice we needed to be confident that our daughter with a physical disability and her carer could have the best and most convenient and comfortable long weekend away, for the first time from her family and home. Matt and Lynn took care of every little detail, regular communication and thought of everything we needed beforehand. Lynn even met us at the door to open up the security gate to the parking area on the day. We thoroughly recommend a stay at this apartment as it was very clean and tidy, has all the comforts of home and the location and view is just what you want when you want to be near and hear the seaside at your door and from your window. Our daughter wanted to live there and not come home, she said the bed was so soft and comfortable and loved watching Netflix in bed whilst looking out to the sea.

The owners of this apartment are lovely and very helpful. They are very friendly and were very nice they messaged us to make sure we arrived ok and even gave us extra time at checkout to take our time because the traffic leaving the island was so awful!!

This was a large apartment in an excellent location. The balcony was our favourite place to sit and enjoy the view. It was great to be able to scoot across the road to the beach when the sun came out.

Lovely large home perfect for family gatherings. Kitchen is well appointed and beds are comfortable. Bring extra towels for the beach —- only one towel per guest. Laundry facilities very helpful. Welcome basket of treats were a lovely surprise! Thanks Matt and Lynn.

Stunning location and beach views

Thanks for an enjoyable stay at Cowes. The location was extremely convenient, within a few steps to shops and across the road from the beach. We hardly needed to take our car out of the car park to dine or shop around. A beautiful apartment with everything we needed and a welcome pack was gifted to us upon our arrival. We loved the balcony spacious and many seats for all of us (X8). Loved it and would definitely come back and recommend it to family and friends. Thanks a million.

Modern, clean and fully decked out apartment with great views and location

The property was amazing not only the location being close to the shops and restaurants but having to sit on the balcony each morning and night and enjoy the views of the beach and sun set while having our meals or even a drink. Our holiday was very relaxing and stress free.

Have stayed in quite a few of these units over the years, I found Matt and Lynn's to be the most luxurious and welcoming. Lovely welcome gift on arrival and check in and out was so easy. Amazing apartment with beautiful views and the location was perfect!

Very clean and well presented apartment with beautiful beach views. The beds were so comfortable and the perfect place to hold a kid free girls weekend away. Comfortably housed 6 ladies without feeling like we were living on top of one another. Highly recommend this property.

The moment we viewed this property we knew it was the one for us. The apartment is located directly opposite the Cowes Foreshore with stunning views of the beach below and out towards the Mornington Peninsula and French Island.

Looking to escape for a weekend? Wanting somewhere to stay over Easter, School Holidays, Christmas or the during the V8 Super Cars or Super Bikes at Phillip Island? Then check out our new holiday rental in Cowes that will be available from Easter 2018.

The apartment has had a face-lift with new carpets in all the bedrooms, a new colour scheme throughout with fresh paint, new large TV’s in the living room and master bedroom and updated appliances for the kitchen, Wi-Fi and Netflix.

We promise this property will not disappoint.
