LO SENTIMOS PERO ESTE APARTAMENTO NO ESTÁ DISPONIBLE PARA GRUPOS DE JÓVENES ...
El apartamento está decorado y amueblado con un estándar extremadamente alto.
El salón tiene dos sofás de tres asientos y muebles de madera oscura de calidad. Se completa con canales de noticias en inglés, alemán y español. Reproductor de DVD y CD, con una selección de DVD, CD. También hay una gran selección de libros y juegos para su disfrute. Está bien decorado con lámparas de estilo marroquí y pinturas murales. Es mucho más que simplemente 'una propiedad de alquiler'. Consideramos que es una extensión de nuestro propio hogar y lo cuidamos como tal.
Las Tres Piedras tiene tres habitaciones de buen tamaño, con mucho espacio de almacenamiento. Una doble y dos dobles con ropa de cama, colchones y almohadas de buena calidad. Cada uno tiene su propio espejo, tocador y secador de pelo. Un baño contemporáneo y cuarto de baño separado. También cuenta con un amplio comedor con mesas y sillas para seis personas. La cocina es grande, moderna, limpia y muy bien equipada con microondas y lavavajillas. El apartamento tiene una gran terraza comunitaria en la azotea, con vistas vírgenes sobre el Atlántico hasta donde alcanza la vista. Usted es libre de llevar muebles a esta área para relajarse, sin embargo, hay dos balcones privados con vista a la playa y al área del parque, los cuales están conectados al apartamento y tienen muebles de jardín para cenar al aire libre.
El apartamento también cuenta con WiFi, que es gratuito para la comodidad de nuestros clientes.

We loved the place and had a very relaxing week there.

Great views, peaceful surroundings and a well equipped apartment. Very comfortable with a spacious feel.The owners were very friendly and helpful, so all in all a great place to stay in an ideal location.

Fantastic location and sea views.

This was our third stay at the apartment. We had another relaxing stay and plenty to see as the apartment is in a great location next to the park with sea views. The centre of Conil is a short walk away which has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. A car is not needed although it is useful if you want to visit the many interesting places nearby.

Fantastic apartment and fabulous location

We stayed here for three nights in mid-March. The apartment was wonderful...just the right size for 2 couples, and was wonderfully stocked. We loved the location as we were able to walk to restaurants and the old town of Conil de la Frontera. The owners are so nice and welcoming....we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We were here in low season so there were no crowds at all to contend with, but then again, many stores and restaurants weren't open....that was fine with us. In addition, the weather wasn't ideal for spending time on the beach, but it was great for walking and enjoying the surroundings with a jacket on! I would return again in a minute! Thank you for sharing your flat with us!

perfect holiday

My family and I (husband and two children, age 3 and 5 months) stayed at Las Tres Piedras for the month of August 2011. It really felt like home away from home. April and Andrew were fabulous hosts and were a wealth of information during our stay in Conil-they were most helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The listing description and the photos were accurate; there were no surprises. The view was fantastic as was the access to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants (although we mostly cooked), and the center of town as long as you don't mind walking. You can get most anywhere in 20 minutes or less (walking). The only challenge during our stay was parking, but that was expected, and truly was not that bad. We appreciated having a car to go explore outside of Conil. We were accustomed to not having air conditioning in the summer so that also was not a problem. There were only a couple of days when we were uncomfortably warm and it was due to a change in the wind-coming from Africa instead of the Atlantic. Everyone in Conil was suffering! We absolutely would recommend this apartment to friends and family and hope to return one day.

Unas vacaciones increibles - Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Gracias a April y Andrew por alquilarnos su piso. El piso es muy bien equipado y es un lugar maravilloso para pasar las vacaciones en Conil: muy cerca a la playa y muy cerca del centro de Conil. Asi pudimos disfrutar de todo y nos alegramos de volver otra vez. Dank an April und Andrew für die Vermietung. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und ist ein wunderbarer Ort um seinen Urlaub in Conil zu verbringen: sehr strandnah und dennoch nah am Zentrum von Conil. So konnten wir alles sehr genießen und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiederkommen.

Puedo decir que es uno de los mejores apartamento en los que estado por la costa. Propietarios súper amables, el apartamento limpio y acogedor, la cocina perfecta, tiene de todo lo que necesitas, los baños impecables y las habitaciones con camas y colchoes super agradables. Estupendo apartamento en una ubicación inmejorable

Hemos pasado una maravillosa semana en este precioso apartamento. La ubicación es absolutamente perfecta: a 5 minutos de la playa a pie y a otros 5 del centro de la ciudad. Situado en una urbanización bastante tranquila, tiene vistas al mar. Un lujo tomar el desayuno en el balcón! También hay un parque para niños justo abajo, por lo que los días de levante son más llevaderos si vas con niños, como nosotros. Gracias a Andrew y April por cuidar de cada detalle y por preocuparse de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Así fue! Sin lugar a dudas repetiremos.

This was our 'home' during the covid 19 lockdown (thanks to the kindness of Andrew and April). We will never be able to thank them enough. This is a beautiful place to stay; fully equipped with everything you could possibly need with a beautiful beach on your doorstep and one of the best bars right there in the beautiful park. Perfekte Wohnung in perfekter Lage - mehr geht nicht!

Dies ist mit Abstand die am besten ausgestattete, sauberste, gepflegteste und gemütlichste Ferienwohnung, die wir je besucht haben! Die Betten sind bequem, in der Küche fehlt es an wirklich nichts, das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist geräumig und gemütlich. Die beiden Balkone bieten Sonne zu fast jeder Tageszeit und besonders der von der Küche abgehende ist wenn es nicht so heiß ist windgeschützt und durch die Länge auch schattig bei zuviel Sonne. Besonders zu erwähnen sind natürlich auch April und Andrew, die wirklich ganz ganz besonders nette, herzliche, entzückende Gastgeber sind, die man sofort ins Herz schließt. Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Treppenabgang zum Strand entfernt und man erreicht zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten den hübschen Ort. Kurzum: besser geht es nicht! Wir kommen wieder!

Schönes Appartement, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung

Unser Urlaub in dieser schönen, modernen und praktischen Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war mit allem gut ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Vor allem deren Lage hat uns begeistert. Wir reisten mit unserem kleinen Hund und konnten uns gemeinsam dort einfach nur erholen... oder auch einiges unternehmen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist dazu sehr gut, dennoch ist es sehr ruhig und die Parkmöglichkeit problemlos. Andrew und April haben sich sehr um uns gesorgt, sie waren leicht zu erreichen für den Fall der Fälle, was jedoch nicht erforderlich war. Wir würden einfach gerne wiederkommen.

Fantastic apartment and location.

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment during the beginning of October. The weather was perfect. The apartment was close to all amenities, beach and town. There are some lovely walks close by the apartment. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony where there was always activity taking place in the park such as pétanque, gym equipment, yoga classes even a wedding taking place. The apartment was furnished as a home rather than just a holiday apartment which made our stay particularly comfortable. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Contact with April and Andrew was good and there to meet us when we arrived. They were very helpful. We would throughly recommend renting the apartment and hope to return again ourselves.

At home in Conil

Gleich vom ersten Augenblick an haben wir uns so superwohl gefühlt, dass wir schon am Tag darauf unsere Kalender zu durchforsten begannen, wann wir denn wohl wiederkommen könnten! Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und wunderschön an einem Park gelegen, und tritt man auf den Balkon, sieht man das Meer gleich dahinter. Aber ich sollte April und Andrew nicht vergessen, die uns mit einer solchen Herzlichkeit empfingen, dass es eine wahre Freude war! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!!

Great apartment!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apartment in Conil de le Frontera. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. There was lots of space for all of us (4 adults and 2 children). The location was great...right by the ocean with a playground for the kids adjacent to the building. A beautiful and welcoming place

Again we had a very pleasant stay in Las Tres Piedras. The appartment is very wecoming, beautifully fitted, clean and everything you need is there. Also for families a great place to stay as you have the playground in front of the house and the seaside just a few 10 metres away...with a view to the beautiful Costa del Luz. We so much enjoy the cosy environment and the hospitality of April and Andrew who are there for you whenever you need. We have been returning a couple of times now and can recommend this place to enjoy.

Smashing little flat in a superb location

Tres Piedras really is a stones throw from the beach. Walk across the park, over the road and then down the stone steps to the fabulous beach of Conil. Miles of sand, a wide beach and a very safe swimming environment for children and toddlers. Warm, clean water too! The apartment itself is very well kitted out. It has things from rain umbrellas, to beach umbrellas, to ironing board, to wheeley trolley for supermarket shopping. Comfortable beds (a memory foam double mattress in one of the rooms, another double and a 2 singles in another room). A pleasant balcony with 4 chairs and a table and another balcony where you can hang washing. The flat is 'friendly' for 6, but it's a town flat, so you'd expect not to be able to swing too many cats! We went with 2 kids and grandparents for most of the week, (grandparents left 1/2 way through). On the 'full disclosure' front, the 2 negatives about the flat are; that there is no air conditioning, and the parking in the vicinity is pretty difficult in the height of summer months of July / August. In the summer, the temperatures are around 30-40 degrees, and air conditioning would have made a huge difference to comfort. Regarding the parking, general rule of thumb is to bring all you need (water, beer, heavy goods) at the beginning of your stay, park the car, wherever you can find a space, and just leave the car there for the week! You can then walk up to the supermarket (there's one around 500m up the road) with the wheeley trolley from the apartment on a daily basis to get groceries. Or walk into town (about 500m) for all the restaurants etc. All in all, it is a fab little flat, for which you'd struggle to find something so close to the beach that is paralleled on comfort and convenience.

Fantastic appartment at Spanish Atlantic Ocean

Very nice and cool appartment, spacious for 6 people ( 4 children 15 to 19 yrs old) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in a quiet appartmentbuilding on the 1st floor. Very wel equipped kitchen. When we arrived, we met owners Andrew and April, they are very nice and easy going people who gave useful tips for exploring the area. The balcony has a nice view to the Atlantic ocean, which is just 200-300m away. In front of appartment building there is nice public place with trees and fitness possibilities, as well as " jeux de boules fields" Also the town of Conil is very nearby, 10 minutes walk maximum. Very nice place to enjoy drinks, eat or shop. On the beautiful beach you can take long walks and swim in fresh ocean waves. Places to visit nearby are all very easy within reach. Velez de la Frontera and Cadiz are very nice. Flamenco is a " must see". We stayed for 1 week and were all sorry to leave. We would certainly strongly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Top location, views and facilities

The apartment delivers what it promises, with the additional, priceless, 'extra' of the delightful owners, who are on hand to make everything easy. I would confidently recommend this apartment to anyone coming to this part of Spain. Conil is lovely for a 'sea, sun and sand' holiday, with a big selection of bars and restaurants. It is worth going for, at least, a day in Cadiz.

Prima Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr nette Vermieter - 1a

Ein Urlaubsdomizil wie es man sich wünscht - sehr gut und ruhig am Rande von Conil gelegen, das Zentrum ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen absolut ausreichend, auch wenn das eine Badezimmer sehr klein ist. Die Ausstattung ist absolut vollständig, selbst in der Küche ist alle Wesentliche vorhanden (auch wenn 2 der 4 Pfannen Schrott waren). Die Matratzen sollten allerdings in absehbarer Zeit ausgetauscht werden, da sie zumindest in dem größeren Doppelbett schon ziemlich weich sind. Das ist aber auch der einzige Minuspunkt. Ansonsten: wenn Conil, dann würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten - sehr empfehlenswert!

Great location & views, clean & well appointed

Would thoroughly recommend this apartment. Perfect location - quiet, but easy walk to the town and restaurants and right next to the beach. Lovely views. Very clean and well appointed with everything you might need. Excellent customer service.

April and I brought Las tres piedras in 2002. After holidaying many times in the subsequent years, we grew to love Conil so much we decided to move here to live full time.

We fell in love with this apartment because of its perfect location. It overlooks the lovely Atalaya park, and wonderful Fontanilla beach. There is no passing traffic near the flat and so noise is not an issue (many places in Conil can be VERY noisy in the Summer). There is free carparking near the entrance of the apartment although it is very busy in July and August is a short walk to the beach and also the old town centre. There are many bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk including the world famous Fontanilla beach fish restaurant

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I guess the unique benefits of Las tres piedras has to be the fact that there are REAL sea views from every window. Not a spec in the distance, you can hear the waves lapping up on the beach whilst you lay in bed at night.
We also like to think that Las tres piedras is one of the best located, decorated and equipped apartment in Conil. We both feel very proud reading the hundreds of lovely comments our clients leave in the guestbooks, many who return year after year.
