Close to White Sands National Monument and The Organ Mountain Desert Peaks National Park. 1 bed/1 bath, seating area, full kitchen that includes a washer and dryer. This stay will immerse you in a mix of Boho and Mexican culture. There is off-street parking for one vehicle, a King bed and a bathroom with a shower. Very centrally located, you will be 5-10 minutes to both the University and the famed Las Cruces Farmers Market. Enjoy!

The casita has no shared interior spaces, the outdoor space is communal and fenced, so you can let dogs run when the gates are closed if there are no other guests present, and leashed when they are. Please do not leave pups unattended outside, thank you!

- There is an additional fee PER PET, which is $35
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30 + the cost of shipping.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property.
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
