Welcome to St. Anton! This ideally located condo is just a 3-minute walk to Canyon Lodge for easy access to the ski slopes, bike park, and public transportation! About the Space:
St. Anton is a saught after condo complex, in a highly desirable location, walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle. This property is an upstairs unit, offering a great mountain escape for your stay in Mammoth Lakes. Easy access to all the great activities (snow sports in the winter, biking/hiking in the summer) Mammoth has to offer right from the front door!
This property is a relaxed 1256 sq. ft. of living space, with 1-bedroom, a spacious loft, and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating groups of up to 6 people. The living area feels nice and open, with vaulted ceilings and a ski view of Lincoln Mountain and chairlift 22. The living room has a comfortable sectional couch with queen sized sleeper sofa, a TV with cable and/or smart features, an ambient gas fireplace, and a private outdoor deck, overlooking Mammoth Mountain. The kitchen has solid granite countertops and comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal.
The bedroom is located on the main floor which had a king bed with ski area views. The bedroom offers a TV, closet, and dresser ample clothing storage. There is a full bathroom downstairs, off the bedroom in the hallway, with separate vanity area and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the loft offers a queen-sized bed, a twin over full bunk bed, and queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom. The loft bathroom has two vanities areas with and a tub/shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 shampoo/body wash, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges and trash bags.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at St. Anton. There are two jacuzzis, swimming pool (seasonal), assigned parking for 1 car, community BBQs (seasonal), onsite laundry, and rec. room w/ pool table. There is a ski locker located in the garage for guest use.
There is 1 assigned parking space in the garage. There is limited guest parking in the garage (available on first come, first serve basis) and/or outdoor overflow parking that may be available for reservation 48 hrs. prior to arrival. Parking pass is provided and must be displayed in the vehicles at all times during your stay.
**Disclaimer: While HOA amenities are generally available, their accessibility is not always guaranteed. Mammoth is known to have extreme weather conditions that can impact complexes and their ability to supply these amenities consistently. Reach out to your host with any questions.
Other details to note:
Please leave all shoes and gear in the entryway. Please leave all ski equipment in the ski locker, located in the garage.
*This area is very popular during the winter. Street parking on the roads is not allowed in winter months from November to April 30th.
