Mi casa es una hermosa, muy bien equipada, loft, casa adosada de 3 baños con calefacción forzada y calentador de agua a pedido (sin tanque) que puede alojar 8 personas cómodamente. Un dormitorio tiene una cama king, TV y baño completo; dos dormitorios tiene una cama queen, TV y baño completo; loft tiene 2 camas individuales en literas completas. El salón tiene un techo abovedado, amplio sofá, chimenea de leña, televisión de alta definición y un reproductor de DVD con una videoteca. Fuera de la sala de estar hay una cocina, un comedor, un baño y una terraza extra grande. Proporciono Internet de alta velocidad de cortesía y lavandería en la unidad. Hay dos plazas de aparcamiento en la puerta principal, donde hay un cuartito de la entrada de bonificación para todas sus artes de esquí / snowboard y equipos. El complejo alberga una piscina y barbacoa (solo en verano), dos spas y sauna todo el año. Hay dos autobuses gratuitos a través de la parte principal de la ciudad y los ascensores en Eagle Lodge, Canyon Lodge y Main Lodge. Restaurantes y tiendas a poca distancia. (BTC / TOT: 7337)

By far one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed at in Mammoth! Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and Kevin was very responsive. We stayed here for Christmas when it dumped and was thankful for a mud room in the entrance and several shovels. The kitchen had clean and new dish ware. The living room was full of games. I loved the ability to adjust brightness for all the lights. Highly recommend this place.

All around SUPERB!!

Owner of this condo, Kevin, is awesome! He replies promptly for any question and so gracious!This unit has everything: 2 parking in front of the unit is very easy. The newly remodeled kitchen had everything and pretty large to accommodate all of us. This condo is perfect for 8 people and our family always book this unit whenever available. The location in town is so convenient. Short walk to the shuttle bus up to Eagle, to the Village and to the Main lodge. Green line and red line stop is short walk from the condo.We would love to stay here again.

Amazing getaway!

Our stay was perfect location to walk to stores, Starbucks, restaurants, rite aid. The home was immaculate and had comfy beds and a beautiful large couch and more perfectly organized pots and pans and so many sharp cutlery and every type of glassware you could possibly need. I was jealous. Our family will definitely stay here future visits:) Thank you to Kevin and his family for our 5 star stay:)

Fabulous Kitchen - across the street from the shuttle

Had a great stay. 2 families. Cooked daily. 18 in dishwasher which was an interesting design choice but no big deal. We just ran it more often. Fully stocked kitchen. Appreciated the spacious breezeway to store our ski gear. Also appreciated the 2 dedicated parking spots out front. We had stayed at places before without dedicated parking. Washer and dryer inside was great. We took the soft foam mattress topper off the queen mattress and slept much better on the firm mattress underneath. Loft full mattress could use an upgrade but my 10 year old managed fine on it! We have stayed in other places with indoor hot tubs and saunas which we prefer. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying a soak after a long day on the slopes. Overall would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

Amazing Experience!

From the moment we booked, it was a easy fluid process. from the emails/text messages to finding the location and parking right in front. Once we walked into the property, we were very impressed. We loved the layout, it was clean, warm & welcoming. Everything we expected & more. Thank you so much for a great stay. Great Property and very good Host

The property was very clean and well kept, nice kitchen , new or updated appliances. nice large TVs in the family and bedroom with All the Streaming services was great. The host was very accommodating since there was a snow storm. We had a great stay….Will look to book place again.

Great condo in very convenient location in town

We have stayed at Kevin's condo many times over the years and always had a great time. Very spacious and comfortable condo with parking right in the front of the unit is as good as it gets. Mud room with ski/board rack with bench to put on the boots is so nice in and out of the mountain for a fun day. Condo is very well stocked and everyone in my group loved it. Kevin is always responsive and friendly to interact. We would to come back for our next trip.

Wonderful stay in Mammoth Lakes

Condo is great, lots of comfy places to sleep and spread out. Mud room is so handy when coming in from the snow and being able to leave skis, snowboards, and boots somewhere separate. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Host is super responsive and was exceptionally helpful with our travel setbacks during a blizzard. Cannot wait to return and we will definitely be staying here again.

Great place for friends and family

Loved staying at Kevin’s condo at Mammoth Sierra. Very well stocked and very comfortable beds. Great location and a few steps to shuttle was very easy. Love to stay here again.

OUTSTANDING Property in amazing shape

Kevin's place is absolutely perfect for a stay in Mammoth. I love this location and have stayed at many similar properties, but this one is above and beyond. Every detail is just about perfect, all the amenities you'll need, very clean, and the shot ski just takes it to another level! Kevin was very responsive. Perfect for two couples in the downstairs bedrooms + baths, and 2-3 others in the comfy loft and a 3rd full bath upstairs.

Great place, perfect size for our family of 6.

This place had everything we needed. It was clean upon arrival, close to the grocery store, and shopping, and had a washer and dryer in the condo. We were able to use the hot tub in the complex with towels provided in the condo. Would stay here every time we visit Mammoth. Great communication with owner.

Enjoyed the property very much

Renting this property was very nice. The only issue we had was some of the sheets in the loft were dirty. There was hair and other unknown things I’m the sheets. I realize this is not the owners fault. Maybe just contact the cleaners and make sure they are being thorough. Thank you for letting us rent your property, we had an awesome time and your condo was amazing.

Mammoth has been a home away from home for me and my family for many years. It all started when I lived in Lee Vining as a child and learned to ski and race at June Mountain. I was fortunate to return to the area and purchase this home where I taught my kids to ski. The drive from Los Angeles to Mammoth never gets old. For years I drove by one item on my bucket list - Mount Whitney. Finally checked that item off with cousins when we won a Whitney day-pass lottery. 11-miles from 8000' to 14,505 means you're only halfway through the hike. The 11-mile return hike felt an eternity and at the end, I said I'd never do that again. Just to make sure, I did it two more times a couple years later and I am now convinced I'll never do that again. Now I enjoy stopping in Lone Pine to take in the spectacular view of Whitney reflecting on those journeys and the view from the highest peak in the U.S., excluding Alaska. I open my home for you to create your own memories and hope you enjoy my home and the area as much as I do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The location of my home was not a consideration when I began my search. I wanted a 'ski in/ski out' property but was not really happy with the selection of available homes. When the agent convinced me to look at this property, I fell in love with it. I have since discovered the shuttle bus stop just across the street from my complex up to Eagle Lodge is a great place to start skiing or catch a non-crowded ski/snowboard lesson. I can hop right on Eagle Express (Chair 15) and head over to Canyon Lodge or catch Cloud 9 Express (Chair 9) to head to McCoy Station. Another great feature is everything I need is within walking distance - movie theater, grocery store, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Around the corner in front of Carl's Jr. is another free shuttle bus stop that makes a loop up to the Village Lodge with stops along the way. I could not have been any happier with this location.

Location, location, location! Regardless of your interest, my home is centrally located to everything year-round. The interior is nicely decorated and very clean with all three bathrooms completely remodeled along with a renovated and modern kitchen. The mudroom off the front door is a bonus area to hold all of your winter and summer gear before you enter the condo. This add-on allows for an extra-large deck off the living room to BBQ and hang out on.
