The bedroom offers a plush king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights, as well as ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay stress-free.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay, with daily housekeeping available upon request at an additional cost.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the building’s premium shared facilities. This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

Designed as a welcoming residential community, the neighbourhood features inviting communal spaces, playgrounds, and lush green parks where residents can relax and unwind.

Dining options nearby include Gazebo, Amici Italian Restaurant, and Cuzinera, while the world-famous Dubai Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden is just a 5-minute drive away. For shopping, Barsha South Mall and My City Centre are both within 5 minutes, with Galleria Mall reachable in about 20 minutes.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).


Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process.

Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.

Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
