With room to sleep 6 comfortably, this pet-friendly retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, fast WiFi, and smart TVs. Each bedroom offers a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the area.

Our home is pet *welcoming* We have provided
a pet bed, food and water bowls, a leash, and pet waste disposal bags for your pet. We just ask that you pick up after them outside and that you not leave them in the home unattended if they are chewers.
LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer located in the basement that is available for guests to use.
TELEVISION AND WIFI -
There is a Smart TV in the living room and one in each bedroom in the home that allow you to login to any streaming apps you would like. There is no cable service provided.
The home features a high speed fiber internet connection with 200+mbs download speeds.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Guests can enjoy the front porch area or there is a private patio area out back with seating.
PARKING
This home features driveway parking with plenty of space for 3-4 cars parked front to back. There is also street parking available in front of the house.

A FEW THINGS TO CALLOUT ABOUT OUR HOME
There is a ramp up to the front porch and the home is all on one level with no steps in or out of any of the rooms.
There is a steel floor grate for the air return in the hallway. It is safe to walk on, however you should be aware of this for children or pets who may catch toes or fingers in the grate.
We love the charm of our historic home but with an older home there are things you should be aware of - the floors will creak sometimes when you walk on them
-some of the doors feature original door hardware and it may stick

The home is in very close proximity to Holston Valley Medical Center, Indian Path Hospital, Eastman Chemical Company, and Domtar. It is in walking distance to Dobbins Bennett High School! Very central to everything and still on a more quiet side street.
